中国省域绿色发展水平测量与空间演化

【摘要】:从中国国情出发,根据绿色发展的本质内涵,从绿色生产、绿色生活、绿色环境和绿色新政四个分类维度构建中国省域绿色发展水平的测量指标体系,并采用绿色发展指数法与探索性空间数据分析法对中国省域绿色发展水平进行测量与分析。研究结果表明:中国省域绿色发展水平整体上是逐年提升的,而且绿色发展水平相对较高的地区主要分布在经济发达的省域与经济不发达的边缘省域;中国省域绿色发展水平在空间上并非孤立的,而是呈现出正的空间自相关性;中国省域绿色发展水平呈现两大聚集区域,一个是由新疆、青海和甘肃组成的绿色发展水平HH型聚集区,另一个是由山东、河南、湖北、湖南与安徽组成的绿色发展水平LL型集聚区。
[Abstract]:Starting from China's national conditions, according to the essential connotation of green development, this paper constructs the measurement index system of green development level of China province from the four dimensions of green production, green life, green environment and green new deal. The green development index method and exploratory spatial data analysis method are used to measure and analyze the green development level of China province. The results show that the level of green development in provincial areas of China is increasing year by year, and the areas with relatively high level of green development are mainly distributed in the economically developed provinces and the underdeveloped marginal provinces. China's provincial green development level is not isolated in space, but shows a positive spatial autocorrelation. China's provincial green development level presents two major gathering regions, one of which is from Xinjiang. The green development level HH type agglomeration area is composed of Qinghai and Gansu, the other is the green development level LL type agglomeration area composed of Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Anhui.
