健康投资对中国经济发展的影响研究——基于省级面板数据的空间计量检验

【摘要】：健康投资不仅关系到微观个体收入与支出,同时也影响客观经济发展。健康投资可以通过降低疾病带来的经济负担和损失,提高劳动者的劳动生产能力,促进教育投资收益,实现和促进健康产业的发展等途径对经济发展产业影响。基于中国30个省2000—2015年的面板数据构建空间计量经济学模型实证检验健康投资对经济增长和经济收敛的影响,结果显示:健康投资对经济增长存在正效应且贡献显著,但是健康投资的城乡不均衡也导致了城乡经济差异的进一步扩大。此外,教育性人力资本、城镇化、产业结构与投资的增长也是影响经济发展的显著因素。
[Abstract]:Health investment not only relates to micro-individual income and expenditure, but also affects objective economic development. Health investment can affect the economic development by reducing the economic burden and loss caused by disease, improving the labor productivity of workers, promoting the income of investment in education and realizing and promoting the development of health industry. Based on panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2015, a spatial econometric model is constructed to test the impact of health investment on economic growth and economic convergence. The results show that health investment has positive effects on economic growth and contributes significantly to economic growth. However, the imbalance of health investment in urban and rural areas has also led to the further expansion of urban and rural economic disparities. In addition, educational human capital, urbanization, industrial structure and investment growth are also significant factors affecting economic development.
