基于扩大内需的新疆城镇居民消费结构变动研究

【摘要】：消费不仅是生产的最终目的和归宿，也是社会再生产的源泉。随着我国经济社会的快速发展，，更加注重了促进消费对于经济稳定、持续发展的拉动作用。因此，如何推进居民消费来扩大国内需求已成为人们关注的重点和热点。而消费结构问题又是消费经济学研究的主要组成部分，对消费结构的研究标志着一定时期内的居民消费状况。新疆是农业大省，改革开放30多年来，新疆经济发展取得了很大成就，城镇化建设有了很大提高，城镇居民的消费水平不断提高，消费观念和消费方式也逐步从基本的、传统的消费观念向较高层次转变。本文以消费经济的相关理论为研究基础，以新疆城镇居民为研究对象，主要从纵向和横向两个方向对新疆城镇居民消费结构的变化规律和发展趋势进行了研究。采用扩展线性支出系统（ElES）模型，从边际消费倾向、消费收入弹性等角度对镇居民的消费结构进行了实证分析。通过以上分析结果以合理消费结构的标准为依据，对1993 2012年之间的新疆城镇居民消费结构从生理结构、社会结构和经济结构做了合理化评价。最后，找出城镇居民消费结构存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出促进消费结构合理化的相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:Consumption is not only the ultimate goal and destination of production, but also the source of social reproduction. With the rapid development of economy and society in our country, more attention has been paid to the pulling effect of promoting consumption on economic stability and sustainable development. Therefore, how to promote household consumption to expand domestic demand has become the focus and focus of attention. The problem of consumption structure is the main component of the study of consumer economics, and the study of consumption structure marks the consumption situation of residents in a certain period. Xinjiang is a major agricultural province. Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, Xinjiang has made great achievements in economic development, the construction of urbanization has been greatly improved, the consumption level of urban residents has been continuously improved, and consumption concepts and consumption patterns have gradually evolved from the basic. The traditional concept of consumption changes to a higher level. Based on the relevant theories of consumption economy and taking the urban residents of Xinjiang as the research object, this paper mainly studies the changing law and development trend of the consumption structure of the urban residents in Xinjiang from the vertical and horizontal directions. Based on the extended linear expenditure system (Eles) model, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the consumption structure of town residents from the perspective of marginal consumption tendency and consumption income elasticity. Based on the standard of reasonable consumption structure, the rational evaluation on the consumption structure of Xinjiang urban residents from 1993 to 2012 was made in terms of physiological structure, social structure and economic structure. Finally, this paper finds out the problems existing in the consumption structure of urban residents, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rationalization of consumption structure.
