承接国内产业转移与新疆产业结构优化研究

【摘要】：产业转移是企业区位迁移和产业空间格局调整的过程，是商品经济发展和社会分工的产物。从经济全球一体化的快速发展中，我们发现对于产业承接国或各区域产业结构调整和优化的过程中产业转移是一个必不可少的重要途径。产业转移更进一步的加强区域间的经济合作与相互互动同时还能够通过各区域间所产生的经济关联性与互动性将区域产业结构并入到一个更加广泛的产业体系中，从而参与全球产业结构的调整过程。新疆作为西部地区重要的自治区，，要从各地实际情况出发，立足比较优势，合理确定产业承接发展重点，避免产业雷同和低水平重复建设。要充分利用国内发达地区产业加快新疆地区产业转移的机遇，不断的完善交通基础设施建设，强化公共服务支撑，改善营商环境，积极承接资源精深加工、纺织服装、机械电子、现代装备制造、现代服务业及高技术产业等有利于发挥和增强新疆地区比较优势产业和劳动密集型产业集群式转移，通过引进、消化和吸收后再创新，不断延长产业链，提升产业附加值和整体竞争力，促进新疆产业结构升级，提高吸纳就业能力。加快发展生产性服务业，促进制造业与服务业融合发展。基于此，本文将以新疆产业结构优化为研究出发点，运用关于产业转移与产业结构相关的理论基础，分析了新疆当前的产业结构与承接产业转移的客观条件和现状，承接的产业对新疆产业结构的影响以及新疆承接产业转移的优势与劣势，所面临的机遇与威胁的基础上提出了有关优化产业结构与承接产业转移的思路及对策，从而使得新疆以承接适合自己的产业来推动产业结构的优化升级与区域经济的全面发展。全文共分六章：第一章是：结合当前新疆的产业结构并给出了本文的研究背景和意义，明确了本文所要表达的研究思路，方法以及本文的创新点与不足点。第二章是：理论基础。本文对产业转移与产业结构优化相关文献进行分析，在此基础上对承接产业转移与产业结构优化的内在联系进行阐述。第三章是：，新疆产业结构现状分析。结合新疆产业结构的现状从产业结构的静态与动态分析，新疆三大区域的产值以及产业结构动态分析，劳动力增速与三次产业的投资速度等方面进行深入的分析。第四章是：新疆产业承接的SWOT分析。利用SWOT分析方法阐明新疆承接产业转移的能力，优势和不利因素，并提出了承接产业转移对新疆产业结构发展的影响。第五章是：产业承接对新疆产业结构的优化影响分析第六章是:新疆通过承接产业转移优化产业结构的对策建议
[Abstract]:Industrial transfer is the process of enterprise location transfer and industrial spatial pattern adjustment. It is the product of commodity economy development and social division of labor. From the rapid development of global economic integration, we find that industrial transfer is an essential and important way for the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in the countries or regions. Industrial transfer can further strengthen interregional economic cooperation and interaction, and at the same time, it can integrate regional industrial structure into a wider industrial system through the economic relevance and interaction between regions. To participate in the global industrial structure adjustment process. Xinjiang, as an important autonomous region in the western region, should proceed from the actual situation of various regions, base on comparative advantages, reasonably determine the key points of industry undertaking development, and avoid industrial similarity and low-level repeated construction. It is necessary to make full use of the opportunities for industries in developed regions in China to speed up the industrial transfer in Xinjiang, constantly improve the construction of transport infrastructure, strengthen the support of public services, improve the business environment, and actively undertake intensive processing of resources and textiles and clothing. Machinery and electronics, modern equipment manufacturing, modern service industries and high-tech industries are conducive to bringing into play and strengthening the cluster transfer of comparative advantage industries and labor-intensive industries in Xinjiang, and innovation through the introduction, digestion and absorption of these industries. The industrial chain should be extended continuously, the added value and overall competitiveness of the industry should be promoted, the industrial structure of Xinjiang should be upgraded, and the ability of absorbing employment should be improved. We will speed up the development of producer services and promote the integration of manufacturing and service industries. Based on this, this paper will take the optimization of Xinjiang's industrial structure as the starting point of the research, and analyze the objective conditions and current situation of Xinjiang's current industrial structure and undertaking industrial transfer by using the theoretical basis of industrial transfer and industrial structure. On the basis of the influence of the undertaking industry on Xinjiang's industrial structure, the advantages and disadvantages of Xinjiang's undertaking industrial transfer, and the opportunities and threats faced by Xinjiang, this paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for optimizing the industrial structure and undertaking the industrial transfer. Therefore, Xinjiang can carry on suitable industries to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the overall development of regional economy. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is: combined with the current industrial structure of Xinjiang and gives the research background and significance of this paper, clear the research ideas, methods and innovative points and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter is the theoretical basis. Based on the analysis of relevant literature on industrial transfer and industrial structure optimization, this paper expounds the internal relationship between industrial transfer and industrial structure optimization. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of Xinjiang's industrial structure. Combined with the present situation of Xinjiang's industrial structure, the static and dynamic analysis of the industrial structure, the dynamic analysis of the output value and industrial structure of the three regions of Xinjiang, the growth rate of labor force and the investment speed of the three industries are deeply analyzed. The fourth chapter is: the SWOT analysis of Xinjiang industry undertaking. By using SWOT analysis, this paper expounds the ability, advantages and disadvantages of undertaking industrial transfer in Xinjiang, and puts forward the influence of undertaking industrial transfer on the development of industrial structure in Xinjiang.
