扬子江城市群区域一体化发展探析——基于3D分析框架

【摘要】：城市群一体化发展越来越成为我国新型城镇化发展的主体形态,也将成为我国区域经济发展新常态。基于2009年世界银行发展报告构建的城市群一体化发展3D理论分析框架,对扬子江城市群一体化发展进行综合评估并得出:扬子江城市群经济空间分布格局影响重要程度分别是经济整合、经济密度和经济距离。鉴于此,当前扬子江城市群首要任务是进一步加强经济整合,通过构筑区域协调机制来消除碎片化的政治与经济制度安排对城市群一体化发展的不良影响。
[Abstract]:The integration development of urban agglomeration has become the main form of new urbanization development in China, and will also become the new normal of regional economic development in China. Based on the World Bank Development report 2009, a 3D theoretical analysis framework of urban agglomeration integrated development is presented. The integrated development of Yangzi River urban agglomeration is evaluated and it is concluded that the important degree of economic spatial distribution pattern of Yangzi River urban agglomeration is economic integration, economic density and economic distance. In view of this, the first task of Yangzi River urban agglomeration at present is to further strengthen economic integration, and to eliminate the negative influence of fragmented political and economic institutional arrangements on the development of urban agglomeration through the construction of regional coordination mechanism.
