西安世园集团“后世园”经营模式研究

【摘要】：现代大型国际展会在国际间经济、文化与科技的交流中发挥着越来越重要的作用,随着世园会等大型现代展会的不断演化和发展,世园会等展会园区的后续的发展受到业界和学术界越来越多的重视,世园会园区作为国际大型展会的物质载体,其后续经营管理也成为世园会的一部分,因此对充分发挥世园会带来的经济社会效益有着深远的意义。 2011西安世界园艺博览会精彩绽放,向世界展示了西安文明、开放、包容的新形象,吸引了全国各地众多游客前来参观旅游,有力地带动了西安乃至全省经济全面快速发展,尤其是带动旅游、交通、住宿、餐饮等第三产业的显著增长。本届世园会共接待海内外游客1572万人次,刷新了历届世园会入园总人数纪录。随着西安世界园艺博览会的落幕,“后世园”时代到来,西安世园集团作为运营管理“后世园”的企业,其后续经营问题面临诸多的挑战,特别是经营模式的选择与借鉴。因而,对于探索西安世园集团“后世园”经营模式具有现实意义和借鉴价值。本文从基本概念的界定及研究综述入手,探讨了西安世园集团经营模式现状及问题分析；在对比国内外典型“后世园”建设和西安mP灞生态区实际情况的基础上探索出西安世园集团“后世园”经营新模式——“市场主导+政府协调”的mP灞模式；以期能够给企业和相关行业以可行性理论借鉴和实质指导。
[Abstract]:Modern large-scale international exhibitions play a more and more important role in the international economic, cultural and technological exchanges. With the continuous evolution and development of large-scale modern exhibitions such as expo, More and more attention has been paid to the follow-up development of Expo parks and other exhibition parks. As a material carrier of large international exhibitions, the subsequent management of Expo parks has also become part of the Expo. Therefore, it is of far-reaching significance to give full play to the economic and social benefits brought by the Expo. The 2011 Xi'an World Horticultural Exposition blooms brilliantly, showing the new image of Xi'an civilization, openness and tolerance to the world. It has attracted a lot of tourists from all over the country to visit and travel, and has helped to promote the overall and rapid economic development of Xi'an and even the whole province, especially the remarkable growth of the tertiary industry, such as tourism, transportation, accommodation, catering and so on. The expo received a total of 15.72 million visitors at home and abroad, a record total number of visitors to the previous expo. With the ending of Xi'an World Horticultural Exposition and the coming of the era of "later generation garden", Xi'an World Park Group, as an enterprise of operation and management of "later generation garden", faces many challenges in its subsequent management, especially the choice and reference of management mode. Therefore, it has practical significance and reference value for exploring the management mode of Xi'an World Park Group. Starting with the definition of basic concepts and the summary of research, this paper discusses the present situation and problems of Xi'an Shiyuan Group's business model. On the basis of comparing the typical "afterlife garden" construction at home and abroad and the actual situation of Xi'an MP Ba ecological district, this paper probes into the new management mode of "later generation garden" of Xi'an World Park Group, which is the "market leading government coordination" mode. With a view to providing enterprises and related industries with feasibility theory and practical guidance.
