【摘要】：改革开放以来，湖北省经济取得了飞速发展，居民生活水平得到了极大的改善。但伴随着经济的腾飞，湖北省城乡居民收入差距也显现出扩大的趋势。这种趋势的出现,意味着收入分配的不公是政府和社会急需解决的问题。影响城乡收入差距的因素很多,城镇化水平是其中较重要的-个。十八届三中全会也多次强调，城镇化能够担负起推动中国经济发展和社会变革的重任，也是打造中国经济升级版的重要推动力，是推动改革、释放红利的重要突破口，是保障和改善民生的重要平台。城镇化是以人为核心的城镇化，城镇化过程中城乡收入差距的变化对城镇化的质量起着至关重要的作用，在极力推进城镇化的过程中，城乡收入差距的变化也是我们亟待研究的重要课题。 本文将对湖北省城镇化与城乡收入差距关系进行研究，探索其影响机制,并提出相应的缩小城乡店民收入差距的政策建议。本文首先阐述了研究意义与背景，研究方法以及可能的创新与不足。然后本文通过对城镇化以及城乡收入差距相关理论的全面梳理和总结。在此基础上，建立了研究两者关系的理论分析框架。其次本文对湖北省城镇化与城乡收入差距现状进行描述性分析，通过对湖北省城镇化和城乡收入差距演变过程的分析指出其当前存在的不足。再次，基于实际统计数椐，本文建立了VAR模型，实证研究/湖北城镇化对于城乡收入差距的影响。分析实证结果可以衍M丨：湖北省城镇化对城乡居民收入差ffH的影响的系数为止:；政府城镇化偏|猿窍缡杖氩罹嗟挠跋煜凳参Ｗ詈蟊疚亩允抵そ峁辛朔治觯⒄攵孕缘母稣呓ㄒ橛靡越饩龊笔〕窍缡杖氩罹嗬┐驣)彳题。包括彻底扭转政府在价格.投资及财政支出等方而的城市向；建立城市反哺农村的机制，发挥城…辐射效应，，带动乡村发展；防止出现城市偏向及城乡差距引致的过投城山-化现象等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Hubei Province has made rapid economic development, the standard of living has been greatly improved. However, with the rapid development of economy, the income gap between urban and rural residents in Hubei Province has also shown a trend of expansion. The emergence of this trend means that the unfair distribution of income is an urgent problem for the government and society. There are many factors affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas, among which the level of urbanization is more important. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has also repeatedly stressed that urbanization can shoulder the heavy responsibility of promoting China's economic development and social transformation, is also an important driving force for creating an upgraded version of China's economy, and is an important breakthrough in promoting reform and releasing dividends. It is an important platform for protecting and improving people's livelihood. Urbanization is a human-centered urbanization. The change of urban-rural income gap plays a vital role in the quality of urbanization in the process of urbanization. The change of urban-rural income gap is also an important subject that we need to study urgently. This paper will study the relationship between urbanization and urban-rural income gap in Hubei Province, explore its influence mechanism, and put forward corresponding policy recommendations to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents. This paper first describes the significance and background of the research, research methods and possible innovations and shortcomings. Then this article through the urbanization and the income gap between urban and rural areas related to the theory of a comprehensive comb and summary.
