跨界公共合作视角下珠三角一体化战略实施评估及启示

【摘要】：珠三角作为我国沿海地区典型的巨型城市区域,其空间结构的演变深受区域规划与区域政策影响。一体化发展是珠三角历版区域规划与区域政策贯穿始终的主导思想。研究首先梳理珠三角多年来一体化战略及政策,提炼其在区域空间发展、区域治理结构及区域合作议题三方面的主要特征。其次,通过收集广佛肇、深莞惠、珠中江跨界合作的有效网络新闻词条,系统分析三大都市圈跨界合作的主要特征,包括总体时空分布特征、治理结构演化特征、合作议题分布特征。最后,通过数据对比与归纳,对珠三角一体化发展战略的实施进行系统评估,为未来区域发展战略与政策优化提供建议。
[Abstract]:Pearl River Delta is a typical megalopolitan region in coastal areas of China. The evolution of its spatial structure is deeply influenced by regional planning and regional policies. The integration development is the leading thought of the PRD regional planning and regional policy running through all the time. Firstly, the paper combs the integration strategy and policy of Pearl River Delta for many years, and abstracts its main characteristics in three aspects: regional spatial development, regional governance structure and regional cooperation issues. Secondly, by collecting the effective online news entries of Guangfozhao, Shenguanhui and Zhuzhongjiang cross-border cooperation, this paper systematically analyzes the main characteristics of cross-border cooperation among the three metropolitan areas, including the overall space-time distribution characteristics, the evolution characteristics of governance structure. Distribution of cooperation issues. Finally, through the comparison and induction of the data, the implementation of the integrated development strategy of the Pearl River Delta is systematically evaluated to provide suggestions for the future regional development strategy and policy optimization.
