山西省创新网络与科技创新能力互动机理研究

【摘要】:创新的模式已经由线性模型发展到链环模型再到网络模型,网络模型又称区域创新网络,是由多个地方创新主体以中介机构为粘结点通过知识共享、资源互补、技术合作的方式形成的非线性动态模式。区域创新网络的构建是提高地区创新能力,实现经济跨越式发展的根本途径,其主要由结点、联系强度、网络结构三个方面构成。 科技创新是社会进步的最主要推动力,贯穿于区域经济和社会发展的始终,在一个国家或地区的科技发展中起到决定性作用。科技创新能力是指该区域利用自身资源优势,应用科技创新产出,有效开展创新活动,保证科技交流合作与正当竞争,促进创新成果的推广和普及,从而提高该区域的整体竞争力,在该区域经济又好又快发展的基础上,能够带动其他区域的经济发展。科技创新能力主要由科技创新支撑能力、科技创新投入能力及科技创新产出能力三个方面构成。 国内外实践证明,区域创新网络与区域科技创新能力有着密不可分的关系。由于山西省地处中部地区,整体科技水平较低,因此研究山西省创新网络与科技创新能力之间的关系对促进山西经济发展和经济转型具有积极的作用,对加速中部崛起具有重要的意义。 本文运用聚集经济理论、交易成本理论、组织学习理论、创新理论、区域竞争优势理论和增长极理论等界定了区域创新网络的内涵,分析了它的基本构架;基于制度创新、技术创新和创新集群等理论对科技创新能力下了定义,并对其构成要素进行了分析。综合运用灰色关联分析法和熵值法对山西省创新网络和科技创新能力进行了纵向和横向评价,利用评价值反映山西省创新网络与科技创新能力的现状。在对二者之间的关系进行定性分析的基础上,利用EViews5.0软件,采用平稳性检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果关系检验和误差修正模型对其关系进行了定量分析,检验二者之间的因果关系和长期均衡稳定关系;利用SPSS17.0软件,采用多元线性回归方法研究山西省创新网络各属性对科技创新能力的影响强度及山西省科技创新能力各构成部分对创新网络的影响强度。最后提出了优化山西省创新网络和提升该省科技创新能力的相关对策与建议。 本文的创新点:(1)把区域创新网络与区域科技创新能力相结合,对二者的互动机理进行了定性分析;(2)构建了区域创新网络和科技创新能力的评价指标体系,并综合运用灰色关联分析法和熵值法分别对山西省创新网络与科技创新能力进行纵向和横向的评价;(3)采用计量经济学中平稳性检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果关系检验和误差修正模型定量分析了二者的互动关系。
[Abstract]:The mode of innovation has been developed from linear model to link model to network model. The network model, also called regional innovation network, is shared by many local innovation agents through knowledge sharing through intermediary institutions. Technical cooperation forms a non-linear dynamic model. The construction of regional innovation network is the fundamental way to improve the ability of regional innovation and realize the leapfrog development of economy, which is mainly composed of three aspects: node, connection intensity and network structure. Scientific and technological innovation is the main driving force of social progress, which runs through the development of regional economy and society, and plays a decisive role in the development of science and technology in a country or region. The ability of scientific and technological innovation refers to the region's utilization of its own advantages of resources, the application of scientific and technological innovation output, the effective development of innovative activities, the guarantee of scientific and technological exchanges, cooperation and fair competition, and the promotion and popularization of innovative achievements. In order to improve the overall competitiveness of the region, on the basis of sound and rapid economic development, it can promote the economic development of other regions. The science and technology innovation ability mainly consists of three aspects: the science and technology innovation support ability, the science and technology innovation input ability and the science and technology innovation output ability. The practice at home and abroad proves that the regional innovation network is closely related to the regional scientific and technological innovation ability. Because Shanxi Province is located in the central region and the overall level of science and technology is low, the study of the relationship between the innovation network and the ability of scientific and technological innovation in Shanxi Province plays a positive role in promoting Shanxi's economic development and economic transformation. To accelerate the rise of the central region has important significance. In this paper, the connotation of regional innovation network is defined and its basic framework is analyzed by means of aggregate economy theory, transaction cost theory, organization learning theory, innovation theory, regional competitive advantage theory and growth pole theory. The theory of technological innovation and innovation cluster defines the ability of scientific and technological innovation and analyzes its constituent elements. The paper evaluates the innovation network and scientific and technological innovation ability of Shanxi Province vertically and horizontally by means of grey correlation analysis and entropy method. The evaluation value reflects the present situation of innovation network and scientific and technological innovation ability in Shanxi Province. On the basis of qualitative analysis of the relationship between them, using EViews5.0 software, using stationary test, cointegration test, Granger causality test and error correction model, the relationship between them is quantitatively analyzed. Using SPSS 17.0 software to test the causality and long-term equilibrium and stability between the two, The influence intensity of each attribute of Shanxi province innovation network on scientific and technological innovation ability and the influence intensity of each component of Shanxi province science and technology innovation ability on innovation network are studied by means of multiple linear regression method. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the innovation network of Shanxi Province and to promote the scientific and technological innovation ability of Shanxi Province. The innovation points of this paper are as follows: (1) combining the regional innovation network with the regional scientific and technological innovation ability, the interaction mechanism of the two is qualitatively analyzed; (2) the evaluation index system of the regional innovation network and the scientific and technological innovation ability is constructed. The grey relational analysis method and entropy method are used to evaluate the innovation network and innovation ability of Shanxi Province vertically and horizontally. (3) the stability test and cointegration test in econometrics are adopted. Granger causality test and error correction model quantitatively analyze the interaction between them.
