天津港区域经济贡献研究

【摘要】:在对外贸易快速发展和经济全球化的大背景下,作为对外开放的窗口和桥梁港口已然成为区域经济发展重要的增长极,成为了区域经济参与到国际合作的重要保证,同时港口与区域经济间的关系日益密切,其相互影响的作用也越来越明显。在此背景下,对于港口自身、港口与区域经济关系的研究具有深刻的研究意义,也一直是学术研究的重点。 对于港口对区域经济影响,国外学者已经形成了较为成熟的研究体系。相比而言国内对此的研究起步较晚,并且主要集中在定性方面的研究,在数据收集、经济贡献评价、统计标准等方面也不完善。因此,在现有研究的基础上,本文借鉴与吸收国内外先进的研究方法,定量分析了天津港的区域经济贡献。因此,量化分析评价港口对区域经济贡献,不仅具有理论探索的学术意义,同时可为港口企业及管理部门提供重要的决策指导,为地区及国家政府制定经济发展政策提供准确依据,具有极其重要的应用价值。 本文从天津港对天津市发展的经济贡献为研究对象,在充分了解天津港和天津市经济发展现状以及港口与区域经济互动影响的基础上,,通过对港口经济动态机制的分析研究,构造了港口子系统、区域经济子系统、临港产业子系统、资源与环境子系统的基本结构以及港口区域经济贡献系统动力学模型,仿真模拟了天津港2001至2010年运行状况,同时对模型的有效性进行了检验,通过政策模拟,测算了各项政策对港口经济贡献的影响,以此对港口与区域经济互动影响的趋势进行预测,为天津港与天津市的经济发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid development of foreign trade and economic globalization, as a window of opening to the outside world and as a bridge port, it has become an important growth pole of regional economic development and an important guarantee for regional economy to participate in international cooperation. At the same time, the relationship between port and regional economy is becoming more and more close, and the interaction between port and regional economy is becoming more and more obvious. In this context, the study of port itself, the relationship between port and regional economy has profound significance, and has always been the focus of academic research. Foreign scholars have formed a more mature research system for the impact of ports on regional economy. In contrast, the domestic research started late, and mainly focused on qualitative research, in data collection, economic contribution evaluation, statistical standards and other aspects are not perfect. Therefore, on the basis of the existing research, this paper uses the advanced research methods at home and abroad for reference and quantitatively analyzes the regional economic contribution of Tianjin Port. Therefore, quantitative analysis and evaluation of port contribution to regional economy not only has academic significance of theoretical exploration, but also can provide important decision-making guidance for port enterprises and management departments. It provides an accurate basis for regional and national governments to formulate economic development policies, and has extremely important application value. Based on the study of Tianjin Port's economic contribution to the development of Tianjin, and on the basis of fully understanding the present situation of Tianjin Port and Tianjin's economic development as well as the interaction between port and regional economy, this paper analyzes and studies the dynamic mechanism of port economy. The basic structure of port subsystem, regional economic subsystem, port industry subsystem, resource and environment subsystem and the dynamic model of port regional economic contribution system are constructed, and the operation status of Tianjin Port from 2001 to 2010 is simulated. At the same time, the validity of the model is tested, and the impact of various policies on port economy is calculated through policy simulation, so as to predict the trend of the interaction between port and regional economy. Put forward suggestions for Tianjin Port and Tianjin's economic development.
