科技兴军视角下区域军民融合创新体系研究

【摘要】：发挥区域军民融合优势,优化区域创新资源配置,推动区域军民融合创新体系建设,有助于推动供给侧结构性改革,促进国防建设和经济建设协调发展。从科技兴军视角出发,分析了构建区域军民融合创新体系的意义,以长株潭军民融合示范区建设为例进行了案例分析,在此基础上构建区域军民融合创新体系并给出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Giving full play to the advantages of regional military-civilian integration, optimizing the allocation of regional innovative resources and promoting the construction of regional military-civil integration innovation system will help to promote supply-side structural reform and promote the coordinated development of national defense construction and economic construction. From the perspective of revitalizing the military by science and technology, this paper analyzes the significance of constructing the innovation system of regional military-civilian integration, and takes the construction of the demonstration zone of military-civilian integration in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan as an example to carry out a case study. On this basis, the innovation system of regional military and civil integration is constructed and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
