西部地区女性人力资本与经济增长关系研究

【摘要】:本文根据西部地区12个省、市从1990到2012年共计23年的时间序列数据,运用计量经济学方法,利用SPSS19.0和matlab软件,在已有人力资本理论的基础上,探讨西部经济增长与女性人力资本之间的关系,研究西部女性不同教育层次、教育投资以及人均受教育年限与西部经济增长的相互作用。本文首先理论分析了西部女性人力资本促进经济增长的机理,归纳了女性人力资本的直接收益和间接收益。其次将女性人力资本、男性人力资本、教育投资和经济增长各项指标进行量化,进行研究假设和模型设计,运用matlab软件对数据进行插值运算,补充了缺失数据。再次,利用软件SPSS19.0进行多重回归分析,进行共线性诊断,得出变量存在共线性,而后采用主成分分析确定所需主成分,进行主成分回归分析,并得出回归方程,实证得出女性人力资本投资、女性人均受教育年限与经济增长呈现正相关关系,文盲、半文盲及接受小学教育的女性劳动力比重与经济增长之间存在着负相关关系,接受初中、高中、大专以上教育的女性劳动力比重与经济增长之间存在着正相关关系,且随着教育程度的增加,女性劳动力比重对经济增长的影响作用逐渐增大。与男性相比,接受小学、初中、高中、大专教育的女性劳动力比重对经济增长的影响作用更大,文盲、半文盲对经济增长的影响作用则较小,女性人均受教育年限对经济增长的影响作用小于男性。而后利用实证分析得出的结论,重点分析对西部经济增长有促进作用的教育层次的教育水平的现状和西部女性人力资本开发存在的问题,提出相关建议,提出开发女性人力资本必须构建的符合西部女性特点的教育与培训方式,为西部女性人力资本投资提供相应的依据。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 23 years' time series from 1990 to 2012 in 12 provinces and cities in western China, this paper applies econometrics method, using SPSS19.0 and matlab software, on the basis of existing human capital theory. This paper probes into the relationship between the economic growth of the western region and the human capital of the women, and studies the interaction between the different levels of education, the investment in education, the years of education per capita and the economic growth of the western region. Firstly, this paper theoretically analyzes the mechanism of promoting economic growth by female human capital in western China, and sums up the direct and indirect benefits of female human capital. Secondly, the indexes of female human capital, male human capital, education investment and economic growth are quantified, the research hypotheses and models are designed, and the missing data are added by interpolation with matlab software. Thirdly, the software SPSS19.0 is used to carry out multiple regression analysis and collinear diagnosis. Then the principal component analysis (PCA) is used to determine the required principal component, and the regression equation is obtained. The empirical results show that there is a positive correlation between women's human capital investment and economic growth, and there is a negative correlation between the proportion of illiterate, semi-illiterate and female labor force in primary education and economic growth. There is a positive correlation between the proportion of female labor force and economic growth in senior high school and college education, and with the increase of education level, the effect of female labor force proportion on economic growth is gradually increasing. Compared with men, the proportion of female labor force in primary, junior high, high school and tertiary education has a greater impact on economic growth, while illiteracy and semi-illiteracy have less impact on economic growth. The effect of average years of education on economic growth of women is less than that of men. Then, by using the conclusions of empirical analysis, this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of educational level and the problems existing in the development of female human capital in western China, and puts forward some relevant suggestions. This paper puts forward the education and training mode which must be constructed in accordance with the characteristics of the western women in order to provide the corresponding basis for the investment of the female human capital in the western region.
