土地市场化程度对经济增长的促进效应研究——基于我国省级面板数据的实证研究

【摘要】：利用土地市场出让指标测度了2003——2013年我国省级土地市场化程度,采用面板数据模型和动态面板模型实证分析了土地市场化程度对经济发展水平的影响。研究表明:土地市场化程度与经济发展水平之间呈倒U型关系,大部分省份还未达到或者远低于拐点值,土地市场化改革促进经济增长的动力仍可持续。
[Abstract]:This paper measures the degree of provincial land marketization in China from 2003 to 2013 by using the land market transfer index, and empirically analyzes the influence of land marketization on the economic development level by using panel data model and dynamic panel model. The research shows that the relationship between land marketization degree and economic development level is inversely U-shaped, most provinces have not reached or far below the inflection point, and the motive force of land marketization reform to promote economic growth is still sustainable.
