河南莲花味精股份有限公司带动区域发展的调查报告

【摘要】：本文主要以河南莲花味精股份有限公司(以下简称“莲花股份”)为点进行分析调查,了解其如何以产业化方式带动地方经济发展和农民增收,并总结成效,指出问题,进一步提出莲花股份带动区域发展的改进对策。本论文共分为四部分： 首先,讨论莲花股份如何以产业化方式带动区域发展,实现农民增产增收。莲花股份实施工业反哺农业的战略,构建并扎实推进“取之农业,用之农业”的农业产业化链条。莲花股份将周边地区生产的小麦加工成为味精、面粉、氨基酸、酶制剂、药用葡萄糖、酵母等产品,实现第一次增值和生态循环；对产生的废水、麦麸等进行生物技术加工,变成优质肥料和饲料,实现第二次增值和生态循环；用饲料和小麦秸秆等带动农民发展养牛业,实现第三次增值和生态循环；将牛肉、牛奶、皮革加工成肉食品、奶制品和皮革制品,实现第四次增值和生态循环。 其次,对莲花股份在带动区域发展方面取得的成效进行总结。莲花股份的产业化发展,解决了当地农民卖粮难的困境,减轻了财政负担；运作的肥料项目得到了农民的普遍赞许与实践；带动了周边地区农民的种粮积极性和当地优质小麦、玉米的生产,促进了当地农业的发展；莲花股份的工业和周边地区的农业形成了一个经济效益和生态效益相统一的、可持续发展的良性循环生物链和经济链。 再次,指出莲花股份在带动区域发展过程中存在的问题,并进行分析。莲花股份存在农产品深加工力度不够,辐射带动力较弱,农产品产业链条短,产业化市场运营机制不健全,外向型农业竞争力弱,科研能力低等问题。 最后,为莲花股份带动区域进一步发展进行对策分析。公司为了能够更好的带动区域发展,需要进一步扩大产品的初级加工规模,发展产品精深加工,完善多元化格局,改善营销手段,加快农村土地承包经营权有序流转,优化市场环境,加大农业科技创新力度,引导加强合作。
[Abstract]:This article mainly takes Henan Lianhua Monosodium glutamate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lotus shares") as the point of analysis and investigation, to understand how to promote the local economic development and farmers' income increase by industrialization, and to sum up the results and points out the problems. Further put forward the Lotus shares to promote regional development countermeasures. This paper is divided into four parts: firstly, the paper discusses how Lotus shares can promote regional development by industrialization to increase farmers' production and income. Lotus shares carry out the strategy of industry feeding agriculture, and construct and promote the agricultural industrialization chain of "taking agriculture, using agriculture". Lotus shares processed the wheat produced in the surrounding areas into products such as monosodium glutamate, flour, amino acids, enzyme preparations, medicinal glucose, yeast, and so on, to realize the first value-added and ecological cycle; and to process the resulting waste water, wheat bran, and so on with biotechnology. To become high-quality fertilizers and fodder, to realize the second value-added and ecological cycle; to use fodder and wheat straw to drive farmers to develop the cattle industry and realize the third value-added and ecological cycle; and to process beef, milk and leather into meat food, Dairy and leather products to achieve the fourth value-added and ecological cycle. Secondly, the effect of Lotus shares in promoting regional development is summarized. The industrialization of Lotus shares has solved the difficult situation of local farmers in selling grain and lightened the financial burden; the fertilizer projects have been generally approved and practiced by farmers; and the enthusiasm of farmers in the surrounding areas for growing grain and the local high quality wheat have been promoted. The production of maize has promoted the development of local agriculture, and the industry of Lotus shares and the agriculture in the surrounding areas have formed a benign circle biological chain and economic chain of sustainable development. Thirdly, the paper points out the problems existing in the process of promoting the regional development of Lotus shares and analyzes them. There are some problems in Lotus shares, such as insufficient deep processing of agricultural products, weak driving force of radiation, short industrial chain of agricultural products, imperfect operation mechanism of industrialization market, weak competitiveness of export-oriented agriculture, low scientific research ability, and so on. At last, the paper analyzes the countermeasures for the further development of Lotus shares. In order to better promote regional development, the company needs to further expand the scale of primary processing of products, develop deep processing of products, perfect diversified patterns, improve marketing methods, and speed up the orderly circulation of the right to contract management of rural land. We will optimize the market environment, increase innovation in agricultural science and technology, and guide and strengthen cooperation.
