[Abstract]:SMEs have been recognized as an important tool for economic growth and transformation around the world. In Cambodia, small and medium-sized enterprises have created incredible economic growth and jobs, and have made important contributions to the growth of GDP and high-tech intensive industries. As SMEs are indispensable to economic growth, the Royal Government of Cambodia created a rectangular strategy in July 2000 to enhance the convenience of SMEs in doing business in Cambodia. The government believes the rectangular strategy helps improve Cambodian companies by investing more from multiple locations. Unfortunately, since the implementation of the rectangular strategy, there are still some small and medium enterprises without success. Generally speaking, the factors influencing the success of SMEs are: SME characteristics, management and technology, products and services, customers and markets, business cooperation, resources and finance, strategic decision-making and external environment. The purpose of this paper is to study LYLY Foods Company and Eurotech Research drinking Water Company through data and related theoretical concepts to find out the impact (?) The factors of success of small and medium-sized enterprises in Puzhai are analyzed by questionnaire survey, and how to promote the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises to economic growth in Cambodia is analyzed. This research paper will be divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is related concepts and literature review. Chapter three: the situation of small and medium Enterprises in Cambodia's Economic growth. The fourth chapter is a case study of successful and failed SMEs in Cambodia. The fifth chapter is the analysis of the data and the results. Chapter VI: government support for small and medium Enterprises in Cambodia. The seventh chapter is the conclusion and recommendation.
