产业-空间匹配问题的研究回顾与最新进展

【摘要】：产业在空间上的集聚或扩散取决于集聚经济的微观机制,其中匹配机制从要素配置上内生地决定了集聚经济的增长效率和质量。研究产业—空间匹配问题能为优化现代产业体系和城镇化布局形态、创新区域协调发展、正确认识疏解城市功能与产业承接等现实问题提供政策依据。文章系统梳理了产业—空间匹配的基本概念与研究框架、匹配的测度方法、匹配作用机制及匹配有效性理论四方面的研究文献,并总结了代表学者的观点与不足,力图揭示产业—空间匹配问题的本质。文章最后指出了产业与空间有效、稳定匹配的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The agglomeration or diffusion of industry in space depends on the micro mechanism of agglomeration economy, in which the matching mechanism endogenously determines the growth efficiency and quality of agglomeration economy. The research on the problem of industry-space matching can provide policy basis for optimizing modern industrial system and urbanization layout, innovating regional coordinated development and correctly understanding the practical problems such as urban function and industrial undertaking. This paper systematically reviews the basic concepts and research framework of industry-space matching, the measurement method of matching, the mechanism of matching and the theory of matching effectiveness, and summarizes the views and shortcomings of the representative scholars. Try to reveal the nature of industrial-space matching problem. Finally, the paper points out the practical significance of the effective and stable matching between industry and space.
