广西城镇居民财产性收入问题研究

【摘要】:增加居民收入是我国新世纪新时期面临的重大课题。而财产性收入则是有效增加居民收入的一大突破口。当前,增加财产性收入从哪些方面入手,具体措施有哪些,是解决好广西城镇居民财产性收入问题的关键所在。 制度演进和结构演化协同共生的理论框架能较好的拟合广西城镇居民财产性收入问题的主要影响因素。增加城镇居民财产性收入,需要考虑制度问题。收入分配制度、劳动就业制度、金融制度、住房租赁制度是影响城镇居民财产性收入的主要制度因素。结合广西城镇居民的财产性收入相关数据表明,在各项制度的历史演进下,呈现出城镇居民财产迅速增加,财产性收入渠道趋于多样化,总量稳定增加,但总体水平偏低的特点。总的来说,广西城镇居民财产性收入水平伴随制度的完善而逐步提高。 市场化程度是影响城镇居民财产性收入的重要结构因素。通过市场化指数这一指标比较分析各地区城镇居民财产性收入与市场化程度的关系,发现不管是中东部发达地区,还是地处西部战略要地的广西,市场化程度越高,会引起市场结构的一系列反应,城镇居民的财产性收入也会增长。 居民收入来源是影响城镇居民财产性收入的另一结构因素。通过建立以财产性收入为被解释变量,其他来源收入为解释变量的回归模型,实证分析得出,针对广西城镇居民,工资性收入、经营性收入和转移性收入同财产性收入的相关关系和相关程度随着经济形势的好转、资本市场的完善程度以及国家刺激经济政策的制定而逐渐明显。 针对影响广西城镇居民财产性收入的影响因素,进一步提出增加财产性收入可以从以下两方面下手:进一步完善影响城镇居民财产性收入的相关制度,包括完善收入分配制度和劳动就业制度、完善金融制度和资本市场、完善住房制度和房屋出租制度、健全保护居民合法财产的制度、完善社会保障制度;进一步完善市场秩序,营造良好的金融环境、培养居民的理财意识、树立正确的投资观。
[Abstract]:Increase resident income is our country new century new period faces the important subject. Property income is an effective way to increase residents' income. At present, it is the key to solve the problem of property income of urban residents in Guangxi. The theoretical framework of system evolution and structural evolution can fit the main influencing factors of urban residents' property income in Guangxi. To increase the property income of urban residents, it is necessary to consider the system. Income distribution system, labor employment system, financial system and housing rental system are the main institutional factors that affect the property income of urban residents. According to the related data of the property income of the urban residents in Guangxi, under the historical evolution of the various systems, it shows that the property of the urban residents increases rapidly, the income channels of the urban residents tend to diversify, and the total amount increases steadily. But overall level is on the low side characteristic. In general, the level of property income of urban residents in Guangxi has been gradually improved with the improvement of the system. The degree of marketization is an important structural factor affecting the property income of urban residents. Through the comparison and analysis of the relationship between the property income of urban residents and the degree of marketization, it is found that the higher the degree of marketization is, the higher the marketization degree is, whether it is the developed region in the central and eastern part of China or Guangxi, which is located in the strategic region of the west. Will cause a series of reactions to market structure, the property income of urban residents will also increase. The source of resident income is another structural factor that affects the property income of urban residents. By establishing a regression model with property income as explained variable and income from other sources as explanatory variable, the empirical analysis shows that, for urban residents in Guangxi, wage income, With the improvement of economic situation, the perfection of capital market and the formulation of national stimulating economic policy, the correlation between operating income and transfer income and property income is becoming more and more obvious. In view of the factors affecting the property income of urban residents in Guangxi, it is further proposed that increasing property income can be carried out from the following two aspects: further improving the related system affecting the property income of urban residents, It includes perfecting the income distribution system and the labor and employment system, perfecting the financial system and capital market, perfecting the housing system and the housing rental system, perfecting the system of protecting the legal property of the residents and perfecting the social security system; Further improve the market order, create a good financial environment, cultivate residents' awareness of financial management, and establish a correct view of investment.
