多元协同精准扶贫:理论分析、现实比照与路径探寻——一种社会资本理论分析视角

【摘要】：多元协同精准扶贫是一种理想的贫困治理模式,它强调扶贫主体的多元化、身份的平等性和行动的协同性。多元协同精准扶贫与社会资本二者之间存在学理上的契合,良好的社会资本是实现多元协同精准扶贫的前提和基础,多元协同精准扶贫是改良社会资本的动力。但是,当前中国的社会资本存在着传统与现代的对立,结构与功能的矛盾,这些问题的存在不利于多元协同精准扶贫的顺利实施。因此,需要改造传统社会资本和投资现代社会资本,以此推动多元协同精准扶贫的实现,从根本上治理贫困问题。
[Abstract]:Multiple cooperative and accurate poverty alleviation is an ideal poverty management model, which emphasizes the pluralism of the main body of poverty alleviation, the equality of identity and the synergy of action. The good social capital is the premise and foundation to realize the multiple cooperative precision poverty alleviation, and the multiple cooperative precision poverty alleviation is the motive force of the improvement of social capital. However, there are contradictions between traditional and modern social capital and between structure and function. These problems are not conducive to the smooth implementation of multi-coordinated and accurate poverty alleviation. Therefore, it is necessary to reform traditional social capital and invest in modern social capital, so as to promote the realization of multi-coordinated and accurate poverty alleviation, and to deal with the problem of poverty fundamentally.
