香港回归20年经济发展的回顾与展望

【摘要】：香港回归后尽管经受两次国际金融危机冲击和非典事件影响,但是经济总体上保持了良好的增长记录,国际金融、贸易和航运中心的功能进一步提升,特区政府财政能力显著增强,与内地经济联系更加密切。香港经济发展良好证明了香港的经济制度的运行是稳健和健康的;另一方面,香港经济发展取得的成绩也得益于中国内地经济发展提供的机遇以及中央政府给予香港的大力支持。实践证明,"一国两制"的实施有利于香港经济长期发展和繁荣。
[Abstract]:Despite the impact of the two international financial crises and SARS, Hong Kong's economy has generally maintained a good record of growth, and the function of an international financial, trade and shipping center has been further enhanced. The fiscal capacity of the SAR Government has been significantly enhanced, with closer economic ties with the mainland. The good economic development of Hong Kong proves that the operation of Hong Kong's economic system is sound and healthy. On the other hand, the success of Hong Kong's economic development has also benefited from the opportunities offered by the economic development of mainland China and the strong support given to Hong Kong by the central government. Practice has proved that the implementation of "one country, two systems" is conducive to the long-term economic development and prosperity of Hong Kong.
