“一带一路”背景下中国对印尼的直接投资研究

【摘要】：自1990年中国与印度尼西亚恢复外交关系以来,双方的经贸合作不断发展。随着“一带一路”建设的推进,中国对印尼的投资迎来历史性发展机遇。然而,机遇与风险并存。中资企业在印尼投资的过程中在的问题和印尼投资环境的复杂性,都可能会使中国企业面临战略、财务和市场等方面的损失。中国企业想要“走进”印尼、扎根印尼,就必须正确认识自身优势和劣势,充分了解印尼的投资环境,扬长避短,求同存异。文通过对投资数据的收集和整理,总结出中国企业在印尼投资所存在的问题以及印尼的投资环境情况,提出了最适合中国企业来到印尼投资的领域以及能帮助中国企业应对风险、促进中国企业在印尼投资发展的路径选择。
[Abstract]:Since the resumption of diplomatic relations between China and Indonesia in 1990, economic and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia has continued to develop. With the progress of "Belt and Road Initiative" construction, China's investment in Indonesia ushered in historic development opportunities. However, opportunities and risks coexist. The problems in the process of Chinese enterprises' investment in Indonesia and the complexity of Indonesia's investment environment may cause Chinese enterprises to face strategic, financial and market losses. In order to "enter" Indonesia and take root in Indonesia, Chinese enterprises must correctly understand their own strengths and weaknesses, fully understand Indonesia's investment environment, develop strengths and avoid weaknesses, and seek common ground while reserving differences. Through the collection and collation of investment data, this paper summarizes the problems existing in Chinese enterprises' investment in Indonesia and the investment environment in Indonesia. This paper puts forward the most suitable fields for Chinese enterprises to invest in Indonesia and the path options that can help Chinese enterprises to cope with risks and promote the development of Chinese enterprises' investment in Indonesia.
