国家级新区辐射带动力评价及比较研究——以浦东、滨海、两江、舟山群岛新区为例

【摘要】：辐射带动力评价是考察国家级新区是否实现或在多大程度上实现国家意志和战略的关键。目前,相关研究中缺乏对国家级新区辐射带动周边省份发展的整体评价以及分组评价。基于2011-2015年包含国内生产总值在内的7个影响因素,结合绝对经济联系引力模型,文章考察了成立5年以上的4个国家级新区辐射带动中国各省份发展的能力状况;同时,结合国家级新区不同的辐射半径,分组考察国家级新区辐射带动中国各省份发展的能力状况及4个国家级新区的有效辐射半径。结论显示,上海浦东新区、天津滨海新区、浙江舟山群岛新区已基本形成区域增长极,有效辐射半径达到800km,重庆两江新区辐射带动周边省份发展的能力正在凸显,但尚未形成区域增长极。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of radiation belt dynamics is the key to investigate whether the state-level new area realizes or to what extent the national will and strategy can be realized. At present, there is a lack of overall evaluation and grouping evaluation on the radiation-driven development of the neighboring provinces in the national new area. Based on seven influencing factors including GDP from 2011 to 2015, combined with the gravity model of absolute economic connection, this paper investigates the ability of four national new areas which have been established for more than five years to promote the development of China's provinces. At the same time, combined with the different radii of the national new area, the ability of the national new area to promote the development of China's provinces and the effective radii of the four national new areas were investigated in groups. The conclusion shows that Shanghai Pudong New area, Tianjin Binhai New area and Zhoushan Islands New area of Zhejiang Province have basically formed a regional growth pole with an effective radiation radius of 800 km, and the ability of Chongqing two River New area radiation to promote the development of neighboring provinces is being highlighted. However, regional growth poles have not yet been formed.
