供给侧结构性改革评价指标体系构建与供给侧驱动力分析

【摘要】：文章通过分析现有文献和政策资料,构建反映供给侧结构性改革主要目标的综合指标体系和反映经济健康发展对比综合指标,通过灰色关联分析得出供给侧结构性改革综合体系在滞后1、2期的同改革目标的相关程度。并通过灰色关联分析和层次分析方法确定权重,并对各省供给侧结构性改革的经济驱动力进行计算。为供给侧结构性改革的目标设定、政策实施、政策评价提供了数量化依据。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the existing literature and policy data, this paper constructs a comprehensive index system reflecting the main objectives of supply-side structural reform and a comparative comprehensive index reflecting the healthy development of the economy. Through grey correlation analysis, the correlation degree between supply-side structural reform comprehensive system and reform goal is obtained. The weight is determined by grey relational analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the economic driving force of supply-side structural reform in each province is calculated. It provides a quantitative basis for the target setting, policy implementation and policy evaluation of supply-side structural reform.
