基于SBM-DEA模型的中部地区资源环境效率格局演化及成因机理分析
[Abstract]:Resources and environment are important factors restricting regional development, and whether the utilization of regional resources and environment is effective is one of the key indicators to measure the level of regional comprehensive development. Therefore, the temporal and spatial dynamic simulation of the efficiency pattern of regional resources and environment and its formation mechanism is not only helpful for people to understand the process and benefits of regional input and output. At the same time, it can provide a reference for the relevant departments to formulate regional development planning and alleviate the contradiction between people and land in the region. The SBM-DEA model is used to analyze the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of resource and environmental efficiency in the central region from 2005 to 2014, and the genetic mechanism of its pattern evolution is discussed. The conclusions are as follows: (1) from the results of resource and environmental efficiency, From 2005 to 2014, the overall efficiency of resources and environment in the central region showed a steady upward trend. (2) the urban resources and environment efficiency of the important nodes of the development axis of the provincial capital cities, the Yangtze River and Beijing-Guangzhou countries are higher, and the spatial distribution pattern of the low efficiency of urban resources and environment far away from the important axis of the Yangtze River and Beijing-Guangzhou is gradually formed; (3) from the point of view of the coupling relationship between resource and environment efficiency and input-output, about 75% of the cities in the central region are in type I, less cities are in type II, and very few cities are in type III ~ X III. In the past 10 years, the central region is generally in the stage of low input, low output and low pollution. The number of cities with high and above resource and environmental efficiency decreases at first and then increases, and the number of cities with medium efficiency increases at first and then tends to be stable. The number of cities with low efficiency and below shows a trend of decreasing gradually. (4) the leading factor to promote the efficiency of resources and environment is the level of regional economic development, and the main factor restricting the efficiency of resources and environment is energy consumption.
