经济新常态下中国开放型战略调整前沿:综述与评论

【摘要】：改革开放近40年的开放型经济发展历程,中国的开放型战略调整是近年来,尤其是中国进入经济新常态以来世界经济发展与交流的重要研究对象。在后危机时代经济新常态下,我国开放型经济面临着不同的国际国内环境、机遇以及挑战,需要新的战略调整方式予以指导。开放型战略调整的主要方向,包括建立互利共赢的多边经贸体制,建立公平与富有吸引力的国内投资环境,并扩大中国的对外投资规模,开展与周边国家互联互通惠及邻国与世界。
[Abstract]:With the development of open economy in the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the adjustment of China's open strategy has been an important research object of world economic development and exchange in recent years, especially since China entered the new normal state of economy. Under the new normal of economy in the post-crisis era, China's open economy is facing different international and domestic environments, opportunities and challenges, and needs to be guided by new strategic adjustment methods. The main directions of open strategic adjustment include the establishment of a mutually beneficial and win-win multilateral economic and trade system, the establishment of a fair and attractive domestic investment environment, and the expansion of China's foreign investment scale. Carry out connectivity with neighboring countries to benefit neighboring countries and the world.
