科技创新能力的空间演变及其与经济发展的关系

【摘要】：本文以中国大陆31个省区为研究单元,通过构建综合评价指标体系,运用空间局部自相关、柯布-道格拉斯生产函数、耦合协调度模型等方法,对2002—2014年科技创新能力空间演变及其与经济发展之间的关系进行分析。结果显示:(1)科技创新能力及其各组成要素整体呈现上升趋势;(2)各省域科技创新能力水平由低层次水平逐渐向高层次水平演变,东部沿海和长江沿线部分省区科技创新能力较强,西北和西南两大片及中部少数省区科技创新能力较为薄弱;(3)大多省域科技创新能力在空间关联演变上呈现路径依赖与锁定特征;(4)科技创新对经济发展的推动作用明显提升,科技创新与经济发展的关系跨越了从失调衰退到优质协调的七个阶段类型,各省区都形成了关系类型的阶段提升,空间梯度格局明显。
[Abstract]:Taking 31 provinces and regions in mainland China as research units, this paper analyzes the spatial evolution of scientific and technological innovation capability and its relationship with economic development from 2002 to 2014 by constructing comprehensive evaluation index system, using spatial local autocorrelation, Cobb-Douglas production function, coupling coordination model and so on. The results show that: (1) the scientific and technological innovation ability and its components show an upward trend as a whole, (2) the level of scientific and technological innovation ability of each province gradually evolves from the low level to the high level, the scientific and technological innovation ability of the eastern coastal area and some provinces along the Yangtze River is stronger, but the scientific and technological innovation ability of the northwest and southwest and a few provinces in the central part is weak; (3) the ability of scientific and technological innovation in most provinces shows the characteristics of path dependence and locking in the evolution of spatial correlation; (4) the role of scientific and technological innovation in promoting economic development is obviously improved, and the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and economic development spans seven stages from maladjustment recession to high quality coordination, and all provinces and regions have formed the stage of relationship type, and the spatial gradient pattern is obvious.
