居民收入增长与经济发展同步关系的国际比较与启示

【摘要】：居民收入与经济是否同步增长是经济社会发展是否可持续的直观和集中体现。对典型国家的比较分析表明,居民收入与经济同步增长的国家,经济社会发展的持续性较好。客观地看,两者的同步性是多种因素共同作用的结果。面板数据分析表明,中国工业化、城镇化的持续推进,财政收入能力的提高以及消费拉动型经济增长模式等有助于促进居民收入增长与经济发展同步。以国际经验为参照,根据一般变化趋势预测,"十三五"时期中国实现居民收入增长与经济发展同步有现实可能性。为将现实可能性转变为居民收入增长与经济发展有质量的同步,借鉴典型国家的实践经验,中国应加快深化收入分配制度改革和建立适度福利型社会,促进居民收入公平增长和保障收入共享增长。
[Abstract]:Whether the residents' income and economy grow at the same time is the intuitionistic and concentrated embodiment of whether the economic and social development is sustainable or not. The comparative analysis of typical countries shows that the sustainability of economic and social development is better in countries with simultaneous growth of residents' income and economy. Objectively speaking, the synchronization of the two is the result of the interaction of many factors. Panel data analysis shows that the industrialization of China, the continuous promotion of urbanization, the improvement of fiscal revenue capacity and the consumption-led economic growth model are helpful to promote the synchronization of residents' income growth and economic development. Based on the international experience and the prediction of the general changing trend, it is possible for China to realize the synchronization of residents' income growth and economic development during the 13th five-year Plan period. In order to change the realistic possibility into the qualitative synchronization between residents' income growth and economic development, and draw lessons from the practical experience of typical countries, China should speed up deepening the reform of income distribution system and establishing a moderate welfare society, so as to promote the fair growth of residents' income and ensure the growth of income sharing.
