中国巴基斯坦经济走廊对巴基斯坦社会福利政策的影响，外部视角和战略理性评估

　　中巴经济走廊（CPEC）是“一带一路”建设的旗舰项目。巴基斯坦媒体表示,中巴经济走廊被称为“游戏规则改变者”。由于这个项目的巨大投资,它将对巴基斯坦的经济将产生深远的影响。CPEC建成后,巴基斯坦将共享地区经济并与国际互通。本研究强调了CPEC的几个主要方面。首先,评估了CPEC到2030年对社会福利的影响。在社会福利调查中,选择了教育、健康和住房三个维度。采用探索性因子分析方法,对巴基斯坦四省115个区进行因子指数分析。此外,还预测了到2030年的长期项目的影响。预测方法基于均值模型。研究结果显示,经济增长显著,特别是在“三通”地区。预计到2030年巴基斯坦的社会福利将增长5.12%。根据省际数据,Baluchistan省的社会福利增长水平最高为6.3%,Sindh省有6.2%,KPK省有4.9%,Punjab省有3.4%。其次,对CPEC背后的战略依据进行了评估。为此,本文提出了一个研究问题:中国对中巴经济走廊的参与是更符合现实主义的视角,还是更符合自由主义的视角?通过对学术文献、媒体来源和中巴两国政府官方声明的广泛梳理,认为中巴经济走廊建设的动机属于自由主义学派。中国投资的唯一目...
