人力资本对阿尔及利亚内向型FDI的作用及其改善途径研究

本文探讨了,在阿尔及利亚,人力资本对外商直接投资的作用与改善人力资本的方法。文章使用了1998-2017年年度时间序列的二手数据进行实证分析。本文的主要目的是分析,人力资本在阿尔及利亚对吸引国外直接投资的作用。本文从人力资本的重要性,外商直接投资的决定因素以及阿尔及利亚的人力资本与国外直接投资之间的关系三个方面进行相关文献的梳理。文章采用了多元回归模型来测量,在阿尔及利亚,人力资本与外国直接投资的关系。该研究将外国直接投资作为一个因变量,而人力资本、腐败与官僚主义、通货膨胀、政治形势、国内生产总值、基础设施和自然资源作为自变量。同时,自然资源也是一个虚拟变量。回归结果表明,人力资本、腐败和官僚主义、政治形势对阿尔及利亚的外国直接投资产生了积极而重要的影响,但人力资本在吸引外国直接投资方面发挥的作用要大于其他因素。人力资本每增加1%将导致阿尔及利亚境内外国直接投资增加24.55%。另一方面,基础设施对外国直接投资流入阿尔及利亚产生负面影响,而政治形势、通货膨胀、国内生产总值和自然资源对阿尔及利亚的外国直接投资没有任何影响。最后,本文建议阿尔及利亚应该发展和推进人力资本来加速外国直接投资的...
