【摘要】：伴随着经济增长模式的转变，文化产业在经济增长和社会发展中的作用越发突出，成为一国国民经济增长的重要支柱，而文化产业的集聚发展能最大程度上利用资源，，是转变经济增长方式的重要选择。黑龙江省拥有独特的历史、地理、人文方面的文化资源优势，为发展文化产业提供了十分优越的条件。但是由于历史以及现实问题的原因，黑龙江省文化产业并未被很好的挖掘，产业集聚也处于相对落后水平。随着党和政府对文化产业发展的重视以及改革开放的不断深化，给黑龙江省文化产业发展带来了巨大发展空间。本文运用产业经济学的经典理论，围绕黑龙江省文化产业集聚发展现状，采用区位熵方法分析了黑龙江省文化产业集聚状况，并重点运用的波特“钻石模型”分析了影响黑龙江省文化产业集聚发展的因素，旨在探索黑龙江省文化产业集聚发展的路径，提出了黑龙江省文化产业集聚发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of economic growth model, cultural industry plays an increasingly prominent role in economic growth and social development, and has become an important pillar of a country's national economic growth. The agglomeration and development of cultural industry can maximize the use of resources, is an important choice to change the mode of economic growth. Heilongjiang Province has a unique historical, geographical, humanistic cultural resources advantage. For the development of cultural industry to provide very good conditions, but due to historical and practical problems, cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province has not been well excavated. Industrial agglomeration is also in a relatively backward level. With the Party and the government attach importance to the development of cultural industries and the deepening of reform and opening up. This paper uses the classical theory of industrial economics to focus on the present situation of cultural industry agglomeration in Heilongjiang Province. This paper analyzes the situation of cultural industry agglomeration in Heilongjiang Province by using the method of location entropy, and analyzes the factors that affect the development of cultural industry agglomeration in Heilongjiang Province by using Porter's "Diamond Model". In order to explore the path of the development of cultural industry agglomeration in Heilongjiang Province, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of cultural industry agglomeration in Heilongjiang Province.
