长沙天心文化产业园区产业链发展研究

【摘要】：长沙天心文化产业园在近年来的发展中取得了一定的成绩，而在我国文化产业园区如雨后春笋般不断建立的背景下，如何根据自身现状构建和调整最适合园区发展的方式和思路，成为天心文化产业园当下发展最主要的问题。本文从园区产业链的角度入手，通过对园区的实地调研，归纳出了园区产业和产业链的发展现状，，同时对现阶段下园区产业链发展的优势与局限进行分析，提出天心文化产业园区的产业链发展模式，并对产业链的进一步发展和完善提出了延伸、分解和整合三条解决路径。本文认为，长沙天心文化产业园拥有良好的文化资源基础，坐落在文化娱乐之都，在各项优势条件下取得了不错的发展成果。但由于发展时间较短，部分机制不够完善，使得园区面临资本运营、市场机制、产权政策等制约园区进一步发展的问题。所以，需要针对园区发展的具体情况提出相应的解决思路。从产业链的角度上看，尽管园区已有单一产业链与多样产业链协作发展，但对于园区整体而言，市场活力主导下的产业链发展优势还未得到充分发挥。为此，本文提出了进一步完善园区产业链的发展策略，以资源整合、产业创新和市场应用为主，并构建出适合于天心文化产业园区这一创新园区模式的产业链运作机理模型，提出了适合产业链发展的延伸和整合路径。
[Abstract]:Changsha Tianxin cultural industrial park has made some achievements in recent years of development, and in China's Cultural Industry Park as a building under the background of bamboo shoots after a spring rain, according to their own situation to construct and adjust the most suitable park development way, become the current development of Cultural Industry Park, the most important issue.
This article from the industrial chain perspective, through the investigation of the park, summed up the current situation of the development of Industrial Park and industrial chain, the development of industrial chain under the present stage the advantages and limitations of analysis, put forward the industrial chain development mode of Tianxin Cultural Industrial Park, and further development of the industrial chain and improvement of the extension of the decomposition and integration of the three solutions.
This paper argues that Changsha Tianxin cultural industry park has a good foundation of cultural resources, located in the cultural entertainment, has achieved good results of the development in the advantage conditions. But due to the short time of development, some mechanism is not perfect, making the park facing the capital operation, the market mechanism, the further development of property policy issues of the park so, the specific needs for the park development put forward the corresponding countermeasures. From the industrial chain perspective, although the park has been a single industry chain and various industrial chain collaboration development, but for the whole park, the development of the industrial chain advantage under the auspices of the vitality of the market has not been fully realized. Therefore, this paper puts forward further improve the strategy of industrial chain, integration of resources, the main industry innovation and market application, and to construct a suitable Tianxin cultural industrial park area of the Innovation Park The model of industrial chain operation mechanism of district model, and put forward the extension and integration path suitable for the development of industrial chain.
