贵州文化创意产业发展模式探析

【摘要】:随着知识经济的发展,消费社会带来的个性化需求与科技创新提供的原动力激发起全球创意产业浪潮。文化创意产业是社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然选择,是一种新的产业发展方向。它具有高附加值、高收益性、强融合性等特征,对于经济增长方式的转变和产业结构的优化升级都有着重要的作用。继1998年英国政府首次提出“创意产业”概念之后,许多国家和地区文化创意产业都得到了快速发展,形成了各自的发展特色,而且逐渐成为国家和地区的支柱性产业。 贵州省虽然经济发展水平无法与发达城市相提并论,但是近几年也得到了快速发展,文化产业增加值也是逐年上升,已经成为新的增长点。省政府不仅出台了大力发展贵州省民族文化创意产业的建议,还出台了振兴文化产业的意见,提出大力发展文化产业和民族特色产业,国发2号文件更是将贵州文化创意产业的发展提升到了战略高度。贵州的文化创意产业才刚刚起步,如何在起步阶段就给予科学的指导和系统的规划,使这一产业得以持久的发展?如何构建适合贵州区域特点的文化创意产业发展模式?这些问题的解决对于贵州文化创意产业的快速发展具有广泛的现实意义和重要的理论价值。 本文以贵州的文化创意产业为研究对象,在比较优势理论、竞争优势理论和增长极理论的基础之上,对贵州文化创意产业的发展模式进行了初步探索。首先,对文化创意产业和文化创意产业发展模式的理论进行了全面梳理,为接下来的研究做好了理论铺垫;其次,对国内外典型国家和城市所采用的文化创意产业发展模式做了对比分析,并且有针对性地予以借鉴。再次,对贵州的具体情况进行分析,不仅从整体上对文化创意产业进行了分析,还选取了几个典型行业着重分析,并且利用SWOT分析法对其发展进行了系统分析,找出贵州文化创意产业发展中存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,探索出了一条适合贵州文化创意产业发展的模式——“政府引导为基础,市场需求为导向,文化资源为依托,通过文化品牌为拉动,以产业集聚区的形式发展”;最后,本文根据具体的发展模式,提出了相应的实施建议,并构建了评价指标体系,为日后准确评价贵州文化创意产业发展模式提供标准和依据。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy, the individualized demand brought by consumer society and the motive force provided by scientific and technological innovation stimulate the wave of global creative industry. Cultural creative industry is the inevitable choice of social economy development to a certain stage. It is a new direction of industrial development. It has the characteristics of high added value, high profitability, strong integration and so on. It plays an important role in the transformation of economic growth mode and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. After the British government first put forward the concept of "creative industry" in 1998, cultural and creative industries in many countries and regions have developed rapidly. Formed their own characteristics of development, and gradually become a pillar of national and regional industries. Although the level of economic development in Guizhou Province cannot be compared with that of developed cities, it has also developed rapidly in recent years, and the added value of cultural industries has also increased year by year. It has become a new growth point. The provincial government has not only put forward suggestions for vigorously developing the cultural and creative industries of Guizhou Province, but also put forward suggestions for revitalizing the cultural industries, and put forward the proposal to vigorously develop cultural industries and industries with national characteristics. Guofa document No. 2 has even raised the development of Guizhou's cultural and creative industries to a strategic height. Guizhou's cultural and creative industries have just started. How to give scientific guidance and systematic planning in the initial stage? To make the industry sustainable? How to construct the cultural and creative industry development model suitable for the regional characteristics of Guizhou? The solution of these problems has extensive practical significance and important theoretical value for the rapid development of Guizhou's cultural and creative industries. Based on the comparative advantage theory, the competitive advantage theory and the growth pole theory, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the development model of the cultural creative industry in Guizhou, which is based on the comparative advantage theory, the competitive advantage theory and the growth pole theory. The theory of cultural creative industry and the development model of cultural and creative industry are comprehensively combed out, which lays the groundwork for the following research. Secondly, This paper makes a comparative analysis of the development models of cultural and creative industries adopted by typical countries and cities at home and abroad, and draws lessons from them. Thirdly, it analyzes the specific situation of Guizhou. Not only from the overall analysis of the cultural and creative industries, but also selected several typical industries to focus on analysis, and the use of SWOT analysis of its development of a systematic analysis, to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Guizhou's cultural and creative industries, The opportunity and the threat have explored a model suitable for the development of Guizhou's cultural and creative industries-"the development of industrial agglomeration zones based on government guidance, guided by market demand, relying on cultural resources and driven by cultural brands". According to the specific development model, this paper puts forward the corresponding implementation suggestions, and constructs the evaluation index system, which provides the standard and basis for the accurate evaluation of Guizhou cultural and creative industry development model in the future.
