大庆文化产业技术创新能力评价研究

【摘要】：大庆作为我国首屈一指的资源型城市，其发展一直备受关注。近年来，大庆市政府一直致力于发展文化产业，并希望文化产业能够逐渐转化为推动大庆市经济发展的支柱型产业。技术创新是科技发展和经济增长的关键环节，是文化产业迅速发展的支撑条件。技术创新能力的高低直接影响着大庆市文化产业的发展趋势和上升空间。所以，要想使大庆文化产业在市场竞争中始终保持长期增长优势，就必须对产业中的技术创新能力加以重视，找出一条科学合理且切实有效的途径来提升自身的技术创新能力。因此，，大庆文化产业技术创新能力评价研究对于大庆文化产业发展具有重要的现实意义和指导作用。本文通过建立科学、合理的评价指标体系和选取切实可行的评价方法，对大庆文化产业技术创新能力进行综合评价。首先，在借鉴国内外相关领域研究成果的基础上，从技术创新资源投入能力、技术创新产出能力、技术创新环境支撑能力三个方面初步建立了大庆文化产业技术创新能力评价指标体系。为了保证评价指标的合理性和适用性，本文通过问卷调查的方式对指标进行筛选，并确定了最终的评价指标体系。然后，利用搜集到的可用数据，通过因子分析法对大庆文化产业技术创新能力进行综合评价，并对评价结果进行了简要分析。最后，为了提升大庆文化产业技术创新能力，本文提出了加大科技活动经费投入、紧密结合先进技术与文化资源、注重创意人才的培养与聚集、重视创新成果转化、加强市场营销能力、鼓励企业合作开辟国际市场、发挥政府宏观调控能力、培育文化消费市场等具体对策。
[Abstract]:As one of the leading resource-based cities in China, Daqing's development has been attracting much attention. In recent years, Daqing Municipal Government has been devoting itself to the development of cultural industries. It is hoped that the cultural industry will gradually be transformed into a pillar industry to promote the economic development of Daqing. Technological innovation is a key link in the development of science and technology and economic growth. It is the supporting condition for the rapid development of cultural industry. The level of technological innovation ability directly affects the development trend and rising space of cultural industry in Daqing city. Therefore, if we want to make Daqing cultural industry maintain long-term growth advantage in market competition, It is necessary to attach importance to the technological innovation ability in the industry and find a scientific, reasonable and effective way to enhance its own technological innovation ability. The evaluation of the technological innovation ability of Daqing cultural industry has important practical significance and guiding function for the development of Daqing cultural industry. By establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and selecting feasible evaluation methods, this paper comprehensively evaluates the technological innovation ability of Daqing cultural industry. First of all, based on the research results of relevant fields at home and abroad, The evaluation index system of Daqing cultural industry's technological innovation ability is established from three aspects: input ability of technological innovation resource, output ability of technological innovation and supporting ability of technological innovation environment, in order to ensure the rationality and applicability of the evaluation index. In this paper, the index is screened by questionnaire, and the final evaluation index system is determined. Then, using the available data collected, the paper evaluates the technological innovation ability of Daqing culture industry by factor analysis. Finally, in order to improve the technological innovation ability of Daqing cultural industry, this paper proposes to increase the investment of science and technology activities, closely combine advanced technology and cultural resources, pay attention to the cultivation and gathering of creative talents. We should pay attention to the transformation of innovative achievements, strengthen the marketing ability, encourage enterprises to cooperate in opening up international markets, give play to the government's macro-control ability, and cultivate the cultural consumption market, and so on.
