西部地区文化资源产业化研究

【摘要】：随着全球经济发展的日益成熟,“文化经济”已经成为全世界越来越关注的共同话题,文化形态和经济形态彼此交融、日益渗透、相互一体化的新动态和新趋势越来越显著。西部地区作为中华文化的发祥地,蕴藏着大量东中部地区无法比拟的文化资源,具有发展文化产业雄厚的物质基础。然而西部地区文化产业的发展却相对落后,这与强大的文化资源优势是相背离的。文化资源的产业化是将西部地区文化资源优势转化为文化产业优势,并发挥其经济价值的主要途径。同时,放在西部大开发背景下来看,文化资源产业化开发有利于促进西部地区经济、社会转型,也有利于促进西部地区对外开放进程。本文以演绎推理与经验归纳相结合、定量分析与定性分析相结合、跨学科研究法等为方法,结合产业结构理论、产业集聚理论、增长极理论、区域资源利用理论等经济学理论,以西部地区文化资源产业化开发机理为核心,提出了西部文化资源产业化的总体构想,为西部地区开发文化资源,发展文化产业提供了分析框架和参考建议。本文共分六章进行论述,第一章介绍了选题的背景和意义,在此基础上确定了本文的研究对象。第二章对本文所用到的经济学相关理论和国内外文化资源开发、文化产业发展的相关文献进行了梳理和评价。第三章对西部地区文化资源概况以及文化资源产业化现状分析进行了具体描述。第四章提出了西部地区文化资源产业化的总体构想,包括产业化的原则、机理、核心、空间构想四个部分。开发的原则为特色化、体验化、保护化、国际化。产业化机理包括以文化的保护、传承、发扬、创新为主线,以文化产业集聚区为载体,以旅游业、创意业、贸易业的为路径,以市场化运作为重要条件,其中,路径部分是整个开发价值链的核心。这两部分也是本文的核心观点所在。空间构想中,本文试将整个西部地区按照地域文化分为九个文化圈,明确每个文化圈的增长及城市和发展特色,提出了各自的发展方向,辐射带动整个区域文化产业发展。第五章以西安市为例,分析了其文化资源产业化机理,验证上述核心观点。第六章从西部地区文化资源产业化的主线、载体、路径和市场运作角度提出了西部地区文化资源产业化的结论和对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy, "cultural economy" has become a common topic of more and more concern all over the world. As the birthplace of Chinese culture, the western region, as the birthplace of Chinese culture, contains a large number of cultural resources that are unparalleled in the eastern and central regions. It has a solid material foundation for the development of cultural industries. However, the development of cultural industries in the western region is relatively backward. This is contrary to the strong advantage of cultural resources. The industrialization of cultural resources is the main way to transform the advantages of cultural resources into the advantages of cultural industries and to give full play to their economic value. At the same time, in the context of the development of the western region, the industrialization of cultural resources is the main way to turn the advantages of cultural resources into advantages of cultural industries. The industrialization of cultural resources is beneficial to the economic and social transformation of the western region and to the process of opening to the outside world in the western region. This paper combines deductive reasoning with empirical induction, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, interdisciplinary research, industrial structure theory, industrial agglomeration theory, growth pole theory, etc. Based on the theory of regional resource utilization and the mechanism of the industrialization development of cultural resources in the western region, this paper puts forward the overall conception of the industrialization of the cultural resources in the western region, and develops the cultural resources for the western region. The development of cultural industry provides an analytical framework and reference suggestions. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic, and then determines the research object of this paper. The second chapter discusses the relevant theories of economics and the development of cultural resources at home and abroad. The third chapter describes the general situation of cultural resources and the current situation of cultural resources industrialization in the western region. The fourth chapter puts forward the production of cultural resources in the western region. The overall concept of industrialization, It includes four parts of industrialization: principle, mechanism, core and space conception. The principle of development is characterized, experienced, protected and internationalized. The mechanism of industrialization includes the protection, inheritance, development and innovation of culture. Take the cultural industry agglomeration area as the carrier, take the tourism, the creative industry, the trade industry as the path, take the market-oriented operation as the important condition, among them, The path part is the core of the whole development value chain. These two parts are also the core viewpoints of this paper. In the spatial conception, this paper tries to divide the whole western region into nine cultural circles according to the regional culture. Make clear the growth of each cultural circle and the characteristics of city and development, put forward their own development direction, and promote the development of the whole regional cultural industry by radiation. The fifth chapter takes Xi'an as an example to analyze the mechanism of industrialization of cultural resources. The sixth chapter puts forward the conclusions and countermeasures of the industrialization of cultural resources in the western region from the perspectives of the main line, carrier, path and market operation of the cultural resources industrialization in the western region.
