【摘要】：文化是一个民族发展的精神基础,是一个国家综合国力的象征。随着社会的进步,人们物质生活得到满足的同时,精神需求也在逐步提高,为文化产业的发展创造了有利的条件。文化产业作为朝阳产业,它的快速发展可以提升国家的软实力和竞争力,带动就业,刺激文化消费,促进产业机构调整,成为一个地区经济发展的重要驱动力。经济的发展又可以帮助文化产业实现高速增长,出现良性循环的局面。在西南地区,发展文化产业具有重要的意义。通过开发利用贵州地区的文化资源,发展文化产业,改变欠发达经济落后的面貌,可以帮助贵州后发赶超,实现经济跨越式发展。当前,国家正在大力支持文化产业的发展,在这样一个有利的环境中,结合自身的比较优势,找出一条具有贵州特色的文化产业发展道路,能够实现文化产业成长为支柱产业的目标。近年来,虽然贵州文化产业快速发展,增长速度优于其他产业,文化产业布局已经呈现出专业化、区域化的特征,产业集群态势正在形成。但是总体来说,贵州文化产业的发展还相对落后,如何将文化产业发展成为支柱产业是一个急需解决的问题。本文首先对文化产业的概念进行定义,阐述文化产业的相关理论,分析贵州文化产业发展的优势和劣势,找到文化产业发展的障碍因素。然后对贵州的文化产业进行定量分析,首先运用灰色关联度方法分析文化产业与经济发展的关系,再通过主成分分析方法,提取主成分,结果表明选取的8个变量对贵州文化产业发展都有较大的影响。最后找到贵州文化产业发展的有效路径,提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Culture is the spiritual basis of a nation's development and the symbol of a country's comprehensive national strength.With the progress of society, people's material life has been satisfied, and their spiritual needs have been gradually improved, which has created favorable conditions for the development of cultural industry.Cultural industry as a sunrise industry, its rapid development can enhance the soft power and competitiveness of the country, promote employment, stimulate cultural consumption, promote the adjustment of industrial institutions, and become an important driving force for the economic development of a region.Economic development can help the cultural industry to achieve high-speed growth, a virtuous circle.In the southwest region, the development of cultural industry has important significance.By exploiting and utilizing the cultural resources, developing the cultural industry and changing the backward appearance of the underdeveloped economy in Guizhou, we can help Guizhou catch up with and catch up, and realize the leap-forward development of the economy.At present, the state is vigorously supporting the development of the cultural industry. In such a favorable environment and in the light of its own comparative advantages, it has found a way to develop the cultural industry with the characteristics of Guizhou.To achieve the goal of cultural industry growth as a pillar industry.In recent years, although Guizhou's cultural industry has developed rapidly and the growth rate is better than other industries, the distribution of cultural industry has shown the characteristics of specialization and regionalization, and the industrial cluster situation is being formed.But on the whole, the development of Guizhou's cultural industry is relatively backward, how to develop the cultural industry into a pillar industry is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper first defines the concept of cultural industry, expounds the relevant theories of cultural industry, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of cultural industry in Guizhou, and finds out the obstacles to the development of cultural industry.Then quantitative analysis of Guizhou's cultural industry is carried out. Firstly, the relationship between cultural industry and economic development is analyzed by using the method of grey correlation, and then the principal component is extracted by principal component analysis.The results show that the eight variables have great influence on the development of Guizhou cultural industry.Finally, find out the effective path of Guizhou cultural industry development, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
