山东省文化产业与经济增长关系的实证研究

【摘要】：文化产业是世界各国公认的二十一世纪最有发展潜力的产业之一，它和经济增长有着密切的关系。国外许多学者在数据层面和内在机制层面研究了文化产业对经济增长的促进作用，但是较少涉及经济增长对文化产业的影响。而且，国内学者的研究大多停留在规范研究和定性分析上，涉及定量分析和某个省份的研究比较少。论文选择山东省作为研究对象，主要因为山东省拥有雄厚的经济实力和悠久的文化历史，这些都为山东省文化产业的发展提供了有利条件。采用文献研究法，收集整理了文化产业与经济增长关系的相关文献，，了解了国内外的研究现状和存在的问题。通过文献研究发现，国外的定性研究数据主要来自发达国家，因此研究结论不一定适合我国这样的发展中国家；而国内的相关研究较少涉及定量分析。论文结合定性分析和定量分析的方法，深入研究文化产业对经济增长的影响，同时，研究经济增长对文化产业的反向影响。研究山东省文化产业与经济增长的关系，首要任务是指标的选取。选取山东省的国民生产总值GDP用来描述山东省的经济增长水平，并利用文化产业的8个相关指标来描述山东省的文化产业发展情况。然后，通过应用内生经济增长理论和收集的时间序列数据，建立经济学模型，研究山东省经济增长和文化产业指标之间的关系。结论表明，山东省文化产业影响经济增长的首要指标是文化产业增加值，文化产业增加值每增加1亿元，可以带动经济增长约11.4亿元，而经济增长主要影响文化事业费，对文化产业就业人员数量的影响不大。最后结合研究成果和山东省的实际情况，对山东省文化产业的发展提出可行的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The cultural industry is one of the most widely recognized industries in the twenty - first century , and it has a close relationship with economic growth . Many scholars abroad have studied the promotion of the cultural industry to the growth of economy at the data level and the internal mechanism level , but less on the influence of economic growth on the cultural industry . The thesis selects Shandong as the research object , mainly because Shandong has abundant economic strength and long history of culture , which provide favorable conditions for the development of the cultural industry in Shandong province .

Based on the literature research , the author collects the relevant documents of the relationship between the cultural industry and the economic growth , and understands the present situation and existing problems at home and abroad . Through the literature study , the qualitative research data from abroad mainly comes from developed countries , so the research conclusion is not necessarily suitable for developing countries such as our country ;
At the same time , the paper studies the influence of the cultural industry on the economic growth . At the same time , the paper studies the reverse effect of economic growth on the cultural industry .

This paper studies the relationship between Shandong ' s cultural industry and economic growth . The first task is to select the index . The GDP GDP of Shandong province is used to describe the economic growth level of Shandong province , and the relationship between economic growth and cultural industry index in Shandong province is described by using the endogenous economic growth theory and the collected time series data .
