台湾创意生活产业研究

【摘要】:文化创意产业己成为当前世界先进国家与地区新的经济发展动力,相较于我国大陆,台湾地区的文化创意产业在政策理念的前瞻性、国际交流的开放性以及创意设计的竞争力等方面都颇具优势,研究台湾这样语言相通、文化同源地区的文化创意产业对于大陆的文化产业发展更具现实参考意义。 台湾地区的文化创意产业从社区总体营造开始至今己从开创期步入成熟期,形成了四大领域共计十五大类别。而创意生活产业作为台湾所独有的产业类型与产业范畴,也是最富开创精神的文化创意产业类别,更是可以高度整合性质互异行业的产业分类,可与不同产业或相关产业结合。而且创意生活产业因其独具特色的生活美学而具有更高的社会价值标准,成为一项在全球化语境下依托于传统文化与本地文化发展的民生事业,最能体现文化创意产业的发展本质与最终目的。 台湾创意生活产业包含“核心知识”、“高质美感”和“深度体验”三项要素,涵盖食衣住行育乐等不同生活领域,从地方文化产业的推动发展中应运而生,逐渐形成独特的产业经营模式,这也是与其他产业进行区分的最根本之处。 本文从台湾社会经济形态的变迁来探讨创意生活产业的形成背景,契合当代台湾体验经济与服务经济并存的社会经济特质,并依据台湾当局所实施的产业推动计划和产业实际情况对创意生活产业的发展过程进行分期梳理。文章通过阐述创意生活产业的基本理论,分析台湾创意生活产业的现状及特点,并结合筛选出的经典案例探讨创意生活产业的竞争力课题和实际存在的问题,分析台湾传统生活产业的“创意升级”过程。
[Abstract]:Cultural and creative industries have become the new driving force of economic development in advanced countries and regions in the world. Compared with mainland China and Taiwan, the cultural and creative industries in Taiwan are forward-looking in terms of policy concepts. The openness of international communication and the competitive power of creative design have many advantages. The study of cultural and creative industries in the same cultural regions is of practical significance to the development of cultural industries in mainland China. The cultural and creative industries in Taiwan have entered the mature period from the initial stage to the mature stage from the general construction of the community, forming 15 categories of four major fields. As a unique type and category of industries in Taiwan, creative life industry is also the most pioneering spirit of the cultural and creative industries, but also can be highly integrated with the industry classification of different industries, and can be combined with different industries or related industries. Moreover, the creative life industry has a higher social value standard because of its unique life aesthetics, and has become a livelihood undertaking relying on the development of traditional culture and local culture in the context of globalization. Cultural creative industry can best reflect the nature of the development and the ultimate purpose. The creative life industry in Taiwan consists of "core knowledge", "high quality aesthetic sense" and "deep experience", covering different life areas, such as food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, music, and so on. As a result, Taiwan's creative life industry emerged as the times require in the promotion of the development of the local cultural industry. Gradually forming a unique industrial management model, which is the most fundamental to distinguish with other industries. This paper discusses the formation background of creative life industry from the changes of Taiwan's social and economic forms, which is in line with the social and economic characteristics of contemporary Taiwan's experience economy and service economy. The development process of creative life industry is sorted out by stages according to the industrial promotion plan and the actual situation of the industry implemented by the Taiwan authorities. By expounding the basic theory of creative life industry, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of creative life industry in Taiwan, and discusses the competitiveness and practical problems of creative life industry in combination with the selected classic cases. This paper analyzes the process of "creative upgrading" in Taiwan's traditional life industry.
