【摘要】：文化是人类生存的方式，文化的发展是人类思想和智慧的发展，也是经济社会的发展。实际上，文化在今天不仅仅是经济发展的重要支撑力量，而且己经成为重要的产业部门。当今社会，世界文化产业迅速发展，，市场竞争日趋激烈，我国的文化产业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。山东是中国东部沿海发达省区之一。进人21世纪，山东经济要走出高原效应，需要有经济社会发展新的成长点、新思路新决策。2012年1月10日，青岛市委召开常委(扩大)会议，青岛西海岸经济新区发展规划正式出台，作为蓝色经济区的重要组成，西海岸新区的规划将支撑青岛成为“国际湾区都市”。与此同时，青岛西海岸也正依托此良好的发展机遇，从而迎来全新腾飞契机。纵观中国经济新区发展，浦东、天津新区已成为中国区域经济重要增长极。浦东新区现已成为国际金融、航运中心，更成为上海对话世界的重要窗口，区域影响力可见一斑。西海岸经济新区的成立也将更好地实现大青岛一体化建设，成为青岛经济、文化的聚集地，带动区域文化产业的大发展大繁荣。本文一共分为四部分对西海岸经济新区文化产业进行研究。第一部分是绪论。对于本文的究对象、论文中出现的概念进行了界定。分析了本文的研究目的和意义。总结了国内外的研究现状。第二部分主要论述了文化产业的产生历史背景、国内外文化产业的产生、文化产业的产业结构、国内文化产业的发展。第三部分主要论述了西海岸经济新区文化产业现状研究，分为四个章节，分别从西海岸经济新区文化产业研究的意义和必然性、西海岸经济新区文化产业发展的可行性分析、西海岸经济新区文化产业发展现状、西海岸经济新区文化产业发展的SWOT分析，从西海岸经济新区发展文化产业的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战四个角度分析了西海岸经济新区发展文化产业的现状。第四部分主要论述了西海岸经济新区文化产业对策研究。
[Abstract]:Culture is the way of human existence, and the development of culture is the development of human thought and wisdom as well as the development of economy and society. In fact, culture is not only an important supporting force of economic development, but also an important industrial sector. Nowadays, with the rapid development of the world's cultural industry and the increasingly fierce market competition, our country's cultural industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Shandong is one of the developed provinces along the east coast of China. In the 21st century, if Shandong's economy is to go out of the plateau effect, it needs to have new growth points and new ideas and decisions for economic and social development. On January 10, 2012, the Qingdao Municipal CPC Committee convened a standing Committee (expansion) meeting. As an important component of the blue economic zone, the development plan of the new economic district of Qingdao west coast will support Qingdao to become an "international bay area city". At the same time, Qingdao West Coast is also relying on this good development opportunities, thus ushered in a new opportunity to take off. Throughout the development of China's economic new area, Pudong, Tianjin New area has become an important growth pole of China's regional economy. Pudong New area has become an international financial and shipping center and an important window for the dialogue world in Shanghai. The establishment of the new economic zone on the west coast will better realize the integration construction of Qingdao, become the gathering place of Qingdao economy and culture, and promote the great development and prosperity of the regional cultural industry. This paper is divided into four parts to study the cultural industry in the new economic zone of the west coast. The first part is the introduction. For the research object of this paper, the concept appeared in the paper is defined. The purpose and significance of this paper are analyzed. The research status at home and abroad is summarized. The second part mainly discusses the historical background of cultural industry, the emergence of cultural industry at home and abroad, the industrial structure of cultural industry, and the development of domestic cultural industry. The third part mainly discusses the current situation of the cultural industry in the new economic zone of the west coast, which is divided into four chapters, respectively from the significance and inevitability of the study of the cultural industry in the new economic zone of the west coast, and the feasibility analysis of the development of the cultural industry in the new area of the economy of the west coast. The present situation of the development of cultural industry in the new economic zone of the West Coast, the SWOT analysis of the development of the cultural industry in the New Economic Zone of the West Coast, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the cultural industry in the new area of the economy of the West Coast, The present situation of the development of cultural industry in the new economic zone of the west coast is analyzed from four angles of opportunity and challenge. The fourth part mainly discusses the strategy of cultural industry in the new area of west coast economy.
