【摘要】：动漫产业是知识密集、科技密集和劳动密集合而为一的高利利润产业,在现代社会具有广阔的发展前景。然而我国的动漫产业由于原创性的缺乏,人才匮乏,相关企业盲目跟风投资动漫产业现象严重,企业资金不足,品牌及市场意识淡薄等诸多问题的存在,动漫产业发展与动漫产业发达国家差距较大。本文通过研究,解析了中国动漫产业投资项目的风险管理的相关问题,目的是了解目前我国动漫产业实际运行方式及存在的风险,针对动漫产业的特殊性,选择适当的风险管理方法,有效降低企业投资动漫产业项目的投资风险。本研究从风险管理的角度切入,综合运用相关研究方法,分析了目前我国动漫产业发展现状,通过国外动漫产业与中国动漫产业的发展对比分析,让我们了解中国动漫产业发展中的不足及存在的相关问题,从我国动漫产业自身的特点出发,旨在找出我国动漫产业发展中的问题及对该项目投资存在的风险,提出相对有效的解决方法和措施,使之为动漫产业投资项目风险管理提供帮助。
[Abstract]:Animation industry is a high-profit industry with knowledge, science and technology intensive and labor intensive, which has a broad development prospect in modern society. However, due to the lack of originality, the lack of talents, the phenomenon of blind investment in animation industry by related enterprises, the shortage of enterprise funds, the weak brand and market consciousness, and so on, there are many problems in our country's animation industry. Animation industry development and animation industry in developed countries a big gap. Through the research, this paper analyzes the related problems of the risk management of the Chinese animation industry investment projects, the purpose is to understand the actual operation mode and the existing risks of the animation industry in China, aiming at the particularity of the animation industry. Choose appropriate risk management methods to effectively reduce the investment risk of animation industry projects. This study from the perspective of risk management, comprehensive use of relevant research methods, analysis of the current status of animation industry in China, through the development of foreign animation industry and China's animation industry comparative analysis. Let us understand the shortcomings and related problems in the development of China's animation industry, starting from the characteristics of our country's animation industry, in order to find out the problems in the development of China's animation industry and the risks of investment in the project. Put forward relative effective solution and measure, make it provide help for risk management of animation industry investment project.
