文化产业规划:重建人与社会和自然精神关系和精神秩序

【摘要】：文化产业发展规划是一门科学。任何规划的本质都是重建人与对象的关系,规划是一个体系,是一个人与社会和自然相互关系的体系。能否和在怎样的意义上再建人、社会和自然的合理关系就显得极其重要。文化产业发展规划与其他产业发展规划最本质的区别是它的精神性和精神的关系性:重建人与社会和自然精神关系和精神秩序。"文化生态"的规划思维,是一种与GDP为导向的规划思维相反的文化产业可持续发展思维。建立与国土空间规划布局的合理关系是这种秩序关系的必然要求。"胡焕庸线"应当成为我国文化产业发展国土空间布局必须遵守的原则。文化产业科学规划的关键,就是建立这样一种协调和统一的文化生态关系。
[Abstract]:The development plan of cultural industry is a science. The essence of any planning is to reconstruct the relationship between human beings and objects. Planning is a system of interaction between human beings and society and nature. It is extremely important whether and in what sense the rational relationship between society and nature can be rebuilt. The most essential difference between the development plan of cultural industry and that of other industries is that it is spiritual and spiritual: to rebuild the spiritual relationship and order between man and society and nature. " The planning thinking of cultural ecology is a kind of thinking of sustainable development of cultural industry contrary to GDP oriented planning thinking. To establish a reasonable relationship with the layout of land and space planning is the inevitable requirement of this kind of order relationship. " Hu Huanyong line "should become the principle that our country cultural industry development land space distribution must abide by." The key to the scientific planning of cultural industry is to establish such a harmonious and unified cultural ecological relationship.
