北京市创意产业集聚区空间特征及其支撑条件评价

【摘要】：创意产业是进入21世纪以来的一个热点产业,首先是由英国政府提出的。由于产业将创意、文化、技术、经济等多学科融合在一起,不仅能保证各地绿色GDP发展的同时,也有促使第二产业升级,达到社会可持续发展。集聚区的发展模式是产业发展的有力支持,它有助于尚未发展成熟的创意企业的联合与成长,因此,世界各知名城市都十分注重创意产业集聚区的建设与发展,北京也不例外。本文选取北京这一国际知名都市作为研究的地理范围,从创意产业集聚区的角度分析了国内外的空间特征和集聚区发展的支撑条件,并通过对支撑条件的分析研究,吸取国内外创意产业发展的宝贵经验,得出对北京创意产业及其集聚区的发展启示。最后提出北京发展创意产业及其集聚区的对策。从某种意义上说,创意产业集聚区已成为北京进行功能优化、产业结构升级的重要发展模式。本文总共分为五章。第一章主要说明了选题的背景、研究意义、技术路线等。第二章对创意产业内涵进行了总结与分析,为后面章节提供理论支持,并结合国内外发展的经验,对创意产业集聚区的空间特征、支撑条件进行了探讨。第三章分析了北京创意产业和产业集聚区的发展现状,并总结了北京30个创意产业集聚区的空间特征,并对不同类型创意产业集聚区布局模式进行了梳理。第四章选取北京市各区县与创意产业相关的指标,用主成分分析探讨北京各区县、北京市整体创意产业的支撑条件,在此基础上在第五章提出北京创意产业及其创意产业集聚区可持续发展的策略,同时还对创意产业集聚区的未来进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Creative industry is a hot industry in the 21 st century, which was first put forward by the British government. Due to the integration of creativity, culture, technology and economy, industries can not only ensure the development of green GDP, but also promote the upgrading of the secondary industry to achieve sustainable social development. The development mode of agglomeration area is the support of industry development, which is helpful to the union and growth of immature creative enterprises. Therefore, every famous city in the world pays much attention to the construction and development of creative industry agglomeration area, Beijing is no exception. This paper selects Beijing, an international famous city, as the geographical scope of the research, analyzes the spatial characteristics and the supporting conditions of the development of the agglomeration area from the angle of the creative industry agglomeration area, and through the analysis of the supporting conditions, Drawing on the valuable experience of the development of creative industry at home and abroad, this paper draws inspiration to the development of Beijing creative industry and its agglomeration area. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of developing creative industry and its agglomeration area in Beijing. In a sense, the creative industry agglomeration area has become an important development mode for Beijing to optimize its function and upgrade its industrial structure. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly explains the background, research significance, technical route and so on. The second chapter summarizes and analyzes the connotation of creative industry, provides theoretical support for the later chapters, and discusses the spatial characteristics and supporting conditions of the creative industry agglomeration area combined with the development experience at home and abroad. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Beijing creative industry and industrial agglomeration area, summarizes the spatial characteristics of 30 creative industry agglomeration areas in Beijing, and combs the layout patterns of different types of creative industry agglomeration areas. In the fourth chapter, the author selects the indexes related to the creative industry in every district and county of Beijing, and discusses the supporting conditions of the creative industry in the whole district and county of Beijing with principal component analysis. In the fifth chapter, the sustainable development strategy of Beijing creative industry and its creative industry agglomeration area is put forward, and the future of creative industry agglomeration area is also prospected.
