【摘要】：作为新兴朝阳产业的文化产业在各个国家的经济和社会发展中占据日益重要的地位，许多发达国家的文化产业已经逐渐成为了支柱产业，在激烈的国际竞争中，中国也意识到加强文化产业发展的重要性，制定了增强文化产业的各项方针政策。河北省位于环渤海经济圈，地理位置优越，有深厚的文化底蕴和独特的燕赵文化资源，近年来文化产业有了快速发展，但整体实力仍然薄弱。集群化是现代产业发展的一种趋势，积极培育产业集群，引导文化产业集群化发展，是加快河北省文化产业发展步伐的必然选择。本文第一章为绪论部分，介绍本文的选题背景、研究意义、相关概念并对相关研究进行综述，，进而阐述了论文的研究思路和研究方法，并说明本文的创新之处。之后，对河北省文化产业集群发展做了综合分析和实证分析两个方面的研究。第二章是对河北省文化产业集群发展的综合分析，介绍了河北省文化产业的发展现状，论述了河北省文化产业集群的发展情况及集群化发展的4个基本条件：丰富的文化资源、稳定的经济基础、优越的地理位置和良好的软环境，奠定了河北省文化产业走集群化发展道路的基础。第三章是对河北省文化产业集群发展的实证分析，先运用区位熵系数对河北省文化产业的集聚程度进行测算，指出：河北省文化产业的集聚程度不高，但近几年来一直处于上升趋势，而且核心层占产业增加值的比重很低；河北文化产业的集聚程度逐渐与全国平均水平持平，在全国处于中等地位，较文化产业发达省市还有很大差距，然后综合运用OLS、ARMA、VAR、主成分分析的研究方法建立计量模型，对影响文化产业核心层的4类因素进行研究，得出对文化产业核心层影响最显著的因素是政府支持条件，其次是文化消费需求、相关产业的影响，创新和人才的影响并没有预期的明显，揭示出河北省文化产业在人才培育和创新环境方面的不足，成为当前首要重视的问题。第四章基于实证结果提出了河北省文化产业集群化发展的4大路径：实施文化人才工程、扩大居民消费需求、促进文化创新和转变政府职能，促进河北省文化产业朝集群化方向发展，加快建设成为文化强省。第五章对本文做简要总结，指出研究的不足之处并做未来研究的展望。
[Abstract]:As a new sunrise industry, cultural industry plays an increasingly important role in the economic and social development of various countries. The cultural industry of many developed countries has gradually become a pillar industry, and in the fierce international competition, Aware of the importance of strengthening the development of the cultural industry, China has formulated various principles and policies to strengthen the cultural industry. Hebei Province is located in the economic circle around the Bohai Sea, with a superior geographical position, profound cultural heritage and unique Yanzhao cultural resources. In recent years, the cultural industry has developed rapidly, but the overall strength is still weak. Cluster is a trend of modern industry development. It is an inevitable choice to foster industrial cluster and guide the development of cultural industry cluster in Hebei province. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction, which introduces the background, significance, related concepts and related research, then expounds the research ideas and research methods, and explains the innovation of this paper. After that, the author makes a comprehensive analysis and empirical analysis on the development of Hebei cultural industry cluster. The second chapter is the comprehensive analysis of the development of Hebei's cultural industry cluster, introduces the current situation of the development of Hebei's cultural industry, discusses the development of Hebei's cultural industry cluster and the four basic conditions of the cluster development: rich cultural resources. The stable economic base, superior geographical position and good soft environment have laid the foundation for Hebei's cultural industry to take the road of cluster development. The third chapter is an empirical analysis of the development of cultural industry cluster in Hebei Province. Firstly, the paper uses the location entropy coefficient to measure the degree of cultural industry agglomeration in Hebei Province, and points out that the degree of cultural industry agglomeration in Hebei Province is not high. However, in recent years, it has been on an upward trend, and the proportion of the core layer in the added value of the industry is very low. The level of concentration of the cultural industries in Hebei Province is gradually equal to the national average, and it is in a medium position in the whole country. There is still a big gap between the provinces and cities with more developed cultural industries. Then the quantitative model is established by using the research method of OLS- ARMA-VARand principal component analysis, and the four kinds of factors that affect the core layer of cultural industry are studied. It is concluded that the most significant factor affecting the core layer of cultural industry is the condition of government support, followed by the demand for cultural consumption, the influence of related industries, innovation and talent, which are not as obvious as expected. It is revealed that the deficiency of cultural industry in talent cultivation and innovation environment in Hebei Province has become the most important issue. The fourth chapter, based on the empirical results, puts forward four approaches to the development of cultural industry cluster in Hebei province: implementing cultural talents project, expanding the consumption demand of residents, promoting cultural innovation and transforming government functions. To promote the development of Hebei cultural industry towards the direction of cluster, accelerate the construction of a strong cultural province. The fifth chapter summarizes this paper briefly, points out the deficiency of the research and makes the prospect of the future research.
