海南文化产业发展的现状与出路

【摘要】：本课题是在中国文化产业发展的大背景之下,在对海南文化产业发展的现状进行整体把握的基础上,以对文化产业相关概念的国内外解读为逻辑起点,我国文化产业发展理论研究的各项成果为讨论基础,结合海南区域文化传统和文化产业发展历程,总结三年来国际旅游岛建设的各项成果,分析寻找出发展过程中所存在的问题,在中国现行体制、政策之下,寻找出适合海南文化产业发展的对策与出路。通过资料收集、现状分析、数据整理等研究手法,总结新形势下海南文化产业发展中存在的各项问题。再借助案例分析、经验借鉴等渠道和手段,提出了关于海南文化产业发展的建议与对策,即加大文化体制改革力度,建立健全各项规章制度；高度重视发展文化事业,实现产业事业发展同步；拓宽文化产业推广渠道,彰显海南文化品牌特色；优化文化产业发展环境,培育和引进龙头企业加入；拓宽文化产业化开发的广度深度,实现联产共赢发展模式;吸引文化大师和高端人才加入加盟,提升文化产业发展质量等多项措施。以此,寻找出新形势、新政策、新阶段海南文化产业的发展出路,实现新时期海南文化产业的真正腾飞。
[Abstract]:Under the background of China ' s cultural industry development , this topic is based on the overall understanding of the present situation of the development of the culture industry in Hainan , which is based on the domestic and foreign interpretation of the relevant concepts of the culture industry as the logical starting point , the achievements of the research on the development of the cultural industry in China and the development course of the cultural industry in Hainan . The problems existing in the development process are summarized and the countermeasures and outlets suitable for the development of the Hainan culture industry are found under the current system and policy in China .

This paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of Hainan ' s cultural industry by means of data collection , current situation analysis and data arrangement , and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the development of Hainan ' s cultural industry by means of case analysis and experience .
We should attach great importance to the development of cultural undertakings and realize the development of industrial undertakings ;
Expand cultural industry promotion channels , highlight the characteristics of Hainan culture brand ;
To optimize the cultural industry development environment , cultivate and introduce the leading enterprises to join ;
Expand the depth of development of cultural industrialization , realize the co - production co - win development mode , attract cultural masters and high - end talents to join in , improve the development quality of the cultural industry , etc . In this way , find out the new situation , the new policy , the new stage of the development of the Hainan culture industry , and realize the real Tengfei of the Hainan culture industry in the new period .
