基于空间效应的中国省域文化创意产业发展影响因素研究

【摘要】:任何占据空间的经济事物都不是孤立发展的,地理空间的临近,所产生的空间依赖性和空间异质性普遍存在。在经济全球化趋势不断深化,国际间竞争日趋激烈的今天,以科技、文化相融合的文化创意产业的发展规模和程度已经成为衡量一个区域综合竞争力高低的重要标志之一,中国各个省域都在大力发展文化创意产业。在空间效应的作用下,究竟哪些因素影响中国省域文化创意产业的发展,这是这篇文章的核心内容。 本文对国内外研究成果进行了回顾和梳理,归纳出影响文化创意产业发展的5个因素:人才、技术、宽容、政策支持以及基础设施。基于2005-2009年中国省域文化创意产业增加值样本数据,采用全局Moran's I、局部Moran散点图、空间聚类图、空间基尼系数、区位指数等方法,,对中国省域文化创意产业发展的空间效应进行测度。在此基础上,建立文化创意产业发展影响因素的指标体系,纳入空间计量模型,对中国省域文化创意产业发展的5个影响因素进行实证研究。 主要得出以下结论:2005-2009年Moran's I平均值为0.4506,表明中国省域文化创意产业发展存在显著的正空间自相关,空间效应明显,并且这种空间效应主要通过邻近省域文化创意产业产出的空间溢出效应发挥作用,而不是通过误差冲击产生作用;技术是当前影响中国省域文化创意产业发展最关键性的因素,其次是宽容的社会文化环境和人才,而政策支持和基础设施这两个因素的影响力并不显著。
[Abstract]:The development scale and degree of the cultural and creative industries , which are combined by science and technology and culture , have become one of the most important signs of the comprehensive competitiveness of a region . In the effect of space effect , the factors that affect the development of the cultural and creative industries in the province of China are the core contents of this article .
This paper reviews and combs the research achievements at home and abroad , and concludes five factors influencing the development of cultural creativity industry : talent , technology , tolerance , policy support and infrastructure . Based on the sample data of the added value of Chinese provincial cultural creativity industry in 2005 - 2009 , the spatial effect of the development of cultural creativity industry in China is measured .
The conclusions are as follows : The average value of Moran ' s I in 2005 - 2009 is 0.4506 , which shows that there is a significant positive space self - correlation and obvious spatial effect in the development of regional culture creative industry in China .
The technology is the most critical factor affecting the development of the creative industry in China ' s regional culture , followed by the tolerant social and cultural environment and talents , and the influence of the two factors of policy support and infrastructure is not significant .
