民族文化创意产业发展中的人力资本问题研究
[Abstract]:The arrival of the era of knowledge economy has given birth to the cultural and creative industries. This new industry, which takes culture as the resource and creativity as the core and integrates economic and social benefits, has developed rapidly with the support of high technology. Has become a new growth point in developed countries, but also for China's economic, social and cultural harmonious development direction. The creative industry of national culture is the extension and expansion of cultural creative industry to national culture. As a product of the deep integration of national culture, science and technology and economy, it has its unique industrial value orientation, extensive coverage and rapid growth. It has become the best choice for our country to develop economy, inherit and develop national culture and improve national soft power. This paper takes the human capital as the breakthrough point, takes the national culture creative industry and the human capital related theory as the foundation, has clearly defined the national culture creative industry concept and the human capital category in the national culture creative industry. This paper points out that the nation in the creative industry of national culture is the Chinese nation including the minority nationalities, and stipulates that the inheritors of national culture and the creative talents should be regarded as the two main lines of human capital analysis of the national culture creative industry. On the basis of this theory, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of national cultural and creative industries, such as national cultural resources, human capital, government, market, etc., and points out that human capital is the core factor that affects the development of national cultural and creative industries. And through understanding the personality characteristics of national culture inheritors and creative talents, this paper analyzes the role of national culture and creative industries. At present, the development of national culture and creative industry in China has just started, mainly in cities and regions as the carrier, there is not enough deep connotation of the traditional culture, the national culture and creativity is not close enough, the creative environment is not strong enough, The creative class has not been formed; the industrial model is incomplete and so on, and the lack of creative talents seriously hinders the development of the national cultural creative industry. The present situation of the human capital of the national culture creative industry is mainly reflected in two aspects: the national culture inheritor and the creative talent: the national culture inheritor has the general aging, the livelihood is difficult, However, as another important carrier of human capital, creative talents have the characteristics of small amount, low age, lack of experience and high academic qualifications, but the structure is out of balance. At present, due to inadequate government protection and malpractice in the domestic educational system, the national cultural and creative industries are extremely short of original talents, industry leaders and management personnel. The bottleneck of human capital has become the main lock that hinders the promotion of the core competitiveness and the vigorous development of the national cultural and creative industries in China. Therefore, based on the experience of human capital investment and talent training abroad, this paper puts forward the ways and suggestions for our country to explore, cultivate, attract and manage cultural and creative talents, so as to solve the problem of the shortage of talents in the national cultural and creative industries. For the development of our national culture and creative industries to provide a continuous stream of new blood.
