“文化产业化”的困境及其出路

【摘要】:文化产业是一门新兴产业,它的产生和发展已经被世界各国广泛关注。中国的文化产业是中国特色社会主义市场经济的产物,也是中国文化体制改革的重要组成部分。从世界范围看,文化产业诞生于西方,无论从理论还是实践上,其在国外的发展都已经比较成熟,相对来说,我国的文化产业起步较晚,实力不强,面临的问题也很多,尤其是目前国内出现的“文化产业化”现象,给我国文化的健康发展带来不小的困惑。 本文致力探讨“文化产业化”的困境及其出路问题,从西方文化产业理论入手,,阐述“文化产业化”产生的背景,明确指出文化产业与“文化产业化”的本质不同,在分析“文化产业化”本身所面临的尴尬困境的同时,预见到“文化产业化”必然带来的文化风险。当前国内有相当一部分学者,存有对文化产业和“文化产业化”的误读,文化被过分地渲染为经济效益,大量文化产品和文化服务被现代商业和技术手段操纵,以达到谋求商业利益的目的,从长远看,这不仅不利于社会主义经济建设,更无益于社会主义文化建设。另外,本文对社会主义文化事业与文化产业进行了划分,无论是社会主义文化事业还是文化产业,始终都是为人民服务的,应该把社会效益放在首位,同时对社会主义文化产业的合理发展提出一些政策建议。 在全球化大背景下,我国文化产业既面临着难得的历史机遇,又要应对来自世界文化强国的严峻挑战。因此,在目前的情势下,坚持以社会主义先进文化为导向,更加务实地研究我国的文化产业,冷静思考“文化产业化”热潮,是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is a new industry, its emergence and development has been widely concerned by the world. China's cultural industry is the product of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and an important part of the reform of Chinese cultural system. Worldwide, the cultural industry was born in the West, and its development abroad has been relatively mature, both in theory and in practice. Comparatively speaking, China's cultural industry started relatively late, its strength is not strong, and it faces many problems. In particular, the phenomenon of "cultural industrialization" in China has brought great confusion to the healthy development of Chinese culture. This paper tries to probe into the dilemma of "cultural industrialization" and its outlet. Starting from the theory of western cultural industry, this paper expounds the background of "cultural industrialization", and points out clearly that the essence of cultural industry is different from that of "cultural industrialization". At the same time, the author foresees the cultural risks brought by "cultural industrialization" while analyzing the awkward predicament that "cultural industrialization" itself faces. At present, there are quite a number of scholars in China who misread the cultural industry and "cultural industrialization". Culture is overplayed as economic benefits, and a large number of cultural products and cultural services are manipulated by modern commercial and technological means. In order to achieve the purpose of seeking commercial interests, in the long run, this is not only not conducive to socialist economic construction, but also not conducive to socialist cultural construction. In addition, this paper divides the socialist cultural cause from the cultural industry. Whether it is the socialist cultural cause or the cultural industry, it always serves the people, and social benefits should be put in the first place. At the same time, the reasonable development of socialist cultural industry put forward some policy recommendations. Under the background of globalization, China's cultural industry is faced with both a rare historical opportunity and a severe challenge from the world's cultural power. Therefore, under the present situation, it is very necessary to adhere to the socialist advanced culture as the guide, to study the cultural industry of our country more pragmatically, and to think calmly about the upsurge of "cultural industrialization".
