发达国家文化金融发展路径研究

【摘要】：我国文化企业多是小微企业,一方面企业发展需要金融机构给予大力的支持,另一方面对于银行等金融机构来说,如何控制防范风险、满足小微文化企业的融资需求是值得深入研究的问题。在这一方面,发达国家的文化金融发展路径为我们提供了可供借鉴的经验。本文认为国外文化金融发展的路径主要包括两个方面:一是构建完善的融资体系,文化企业可以从银行、股市、基金、财政等多个途径获取资金支持;二是建立完善的知识产权评估与管理、融资担保与保险、知识产权交易等中介机构,为文化金融提供各种中介服务,解决制约文化金融发展的瓶颈问题。
[Abstract]:Most of the cultural enterprises in China are small and micro enterprises. On the one hand, the development of enterprises needs strong support from financial institutions. On the other hand, for financial institutions such as banks, how to control and prevent risks. To meet the financing needs of small and micro-cultural enterprises is a problem worthy of further study. In this respect, the cultural and financial development path of developed countries provides us with lessons for reference. This paper holds that the development path of foreign cultural finance mainly includes two aspects: one is to build a sound financing system, cultural enterprises can obtain funds support from banks, stock markets, funds, finance and so on; Second, it is necessary to establish perfect intermediary organizations such as evaluation and management of intellectual property rights, financing guarantee and insurance, intellectual property transaction and so on, to provide various intermediary services for cultural finance, and to solve the bottleneck problem that restricts the development of cultural finance.
