山东动漫企业发展的SWOT分析

【摘要】：正近年来,山东省动漫产业经历了一个从无到有的跨越式发展,新的动漫企业不断涌现、壮大,但与动漫产业发展较为成熟的省份相比,仍然有着较大的成长空间。如何发挥自身优势和机会、规避劣势和威胁,是山东动漫企业急需解决的问题。SWOT分析法是当下对企业比较有效的一种分析方法,是用来确定企业自身的竞争优势、竞争劣势、机会和威胁,从而将公司的战略与公司内部资源、外部环境有机地结合起来的一种科学的分析方法。(1)通过SWOT分析,可为山东的动漫企业提供直接有效的企业发展规划参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the animation industry in Shandong Province has experienced a leapfrog development from scratch. New animation companies continue to emerge and grow, but compared with the more mature provinces of animation industry, there is still a larger space for growth. How to give full play to their own advantages and opportunities, avoid disadvantages and threats, is an urgent problem for Shandong animation companies. SWOT analysis is an effective analysis method for enterprises at present, which is used to determine the competitive advantages and disadvantages of enterprises themselves. Opportunities and threats are a scientific analytical method that organically combines the company's strategy with its internal resources and external environment. (1) through SWOT analysis, For Shandong animation companies to provide direct and effective enterprise development planning reference.
