当前我国文化生产力发展路径研究

【摘要】：文化生产力作为经济文化一体化发展的表现形式，已经成为社会进步和经济发展的重要驱动力之一。从广义上讲，文化生产力就是生产文化产品及提供文化服务的能力。文化生产力理论以马克思主义生产力理论为基础，是对马克思主义精神生产力理论的有益补充和必要发展。新中国成立初期，以“双百”方针为指导，我国文化生产力初步发展，社会主义文化建设取得诸多成就。改革开放以来，我国文化产业发展势头迅猛，成为国民经济新的增长点，，文化体制改革不断深化，文化消费不断扩大，文化产业总体格局初步形成。与此同时，制约我国文化生产力发展的主要问题主要表现在：文化体制改革不到位，文化法制建设不完善，文化市场体系不健全，文化发展创新力不强，文化人才严重短缺，文化消费水平较低等方面。我国文化生产力发展的基本原则是：坚持以马克思主义为指导，坚持“二为”方向和“双百”方针，坚持把社会效益放在首位，社会效益和经济效益有机统一，坚持贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众原则。我国文化生产力发展路径主要有：深化文化体制改革，完善文化生产力传播机制，转变文化生产力发展方式，科学开发利用文化资源，培养引进文化人才，推进文化科技创新，加强文化法制建设，完善文化发展政策，不断扩大文化消费，优化文化产业结构，健全文化市场体系。
[Abstract]:As a manifestation of economic and cultural integration, cultural productivity has become one of the important driving forces of social progress and economic development. In a broad sense, cultural productivity is the ability to produce cultural products and provide cultural services. The theory of cultural productivity is based on the theory of Marxist productive forces, which is a beneficial supplement and necessary development to the theory of Marxist spiritual productive forces. In the early days of the founding of New China, guided by the "double hundred" policy, China's cultural productive forces developed preliminarily and the socialist cultural construction made many achievements. Since the reform and opening up, China's cultural industry has developed rapidly, becoming a new growth point of the national economy, deepening the reform of the cultural system, expanding the cultural consumption, and forming the overall pattern of the cultural industry. At the same time, the main problems that restrict the development of our country's cultural productive forces are as follows: the reform of cultural system is not in place, the construction of cultural legal system is not perfect, the system of cultural market is not perfect, the innovation of cultural development is not strong, and the shortage of cultural talents is serious. The level of cultural consumption is low. The basic principles of the development of China's cultural productive forces are: adhere to Marxism as the guide, adhere to the "two for" direction and "double hundred" policy, adhere to social benefits in the first place, social and economic benefits organic unity, adhere to close to the reality, Close to life, close to the principles of the masses. The main ways to develop the cultural productive forces in our country are: deepening the reform of the cultural system, perfecting the spreading mechanism of the cultural productive forces, changing the mode of the development of the cultural productive forces, developing and utilizing the cultural resources scientifically, cultivating and introducing cultural talents, and promoting the innovation of cultural science and technology. We should strengthen the construction of cultural legal system, perfect the policy of cultural development, expand cultural consumption, optimize the structure of cultural industry and perfect the cultural market system.
