产业基金浪潮下的文化产业投融资问题——刍议欠发达省区文化产业基金的组建

【摘要】：自2007年起,中国文化产业投资界掀起了一股产业基金热潮,从国家到地方各式产业投资基金纷纷成立。国家在金融支持文化产业发展的政策环境上也呈现出利好趋势。省级文化产业基金作为国家之外资金最为雄厚,指向性最为明确的区域文化产业投融资渠道理应成为文化与金融融合的中坚力量。但在组建和操作的过程中也需要充分考量金融秩序与潜在风险等。
[Abstract]:Since 2007, China's cultural industry investment has set off an industrial fund boom, from the state to local industrial investment funds have been set up. The state also shows a favorable trend in the policy environment of financial support for the development of cultural industry. Provincial cultural industry fund as the most abundant funds outside the country, the most clearly directed regional cultural industry investment and financing channels should become the backbone of cultural and financial integration. However, financial order and potential risks also need to be fully considered in the process of establishment and operation.
