机电工程综合管线优化中BIM技术的应用

【摘要】 在现代建筑的机电工程项目中,管道综合性要求越来越高,一般涉及给排水、消防、通风、空调、电气、智能化等多个专业,直接关系到整个工程的质量、工期、投资和预期效果,因此必须进行管线深化设计。如今,随着BIIM即建筑信息模型的发展和成熟,以三维数字技术为基础,对建筑物管道设备模型的仿真建立,将管线设备的二维图纸进行集成和可视化,,在施工前期可以进行管线碰撞检查,优化原有图纸设计,提高图纸阅读效率,减少在建筑施工阶段可避免的损失和返工的概率,更加方便进行技术交底,从而达到管线综合优化布置的目的。

A Brief Introduction to the Specific Application of BIM Technology in the Comprehensive Optimization of

Electromechanical Engineering Pipelines

Abstract: In modern electromechanical engineering projects, comprehensive requirements for pipelines are getting higher, generally involving water supply and drainage, fire control, ventilation, air conditioning, electric, intellectualization and so on, which is directly related to the whole project quality, project duration, investment and the desired effect, so detailed design for pipelines must be conducted. Nowadays, with the development and maturity of BIM,namely, Building Information Model, on the basis of 3D digital technology, pipeline equipment models of buildings can be simulated, and the pipeline equipments which are drawn in 2D technology would be integrated and visualized. At the early stage of the construction, BIM can help check pipeline collision, optimize the design of original drawings, improve the efficiency of reading drawings, and reduce the loss that can be avoidedin the construction phase and the probability of rework, and it can also be more convenient for technical clarificaiton, thus the goal of pipeline comprehensive optimization layout can be achieved.
